What happend to benders head? Why did he take it off.
Well..it was supposed to be ripped off..though I have to admit I did not make that one too clear. Bender should have looked a bit more damaged, and Fry's and Leela's clothing should have been a bit more torn. The cyber bear is SO awesome. I love it.
Cyber Bear = Cybear Loving it, you've captured the scene well. Loving the design of the cyborg teddy bear! ...
Hehe..and the second person liking that design:) I have to admit: I especially like those cartoons where I can add my own design work, and not just go for the pre-existing show things:) So, finally managed to finish the cartoon, a little crossover once again:) (Oh yeah...and the swearing was especially adjusted to TNUK's preferences )

Thanks for the positive feedback again:) Okay, you all like that teddy, got the message...maybe he'll return for a cameo in a later cartoon So, a new one, based one Cohen's (was it Cohen?) saying that Futurama sometimes does include jokes that only one in hundred viewers will get. This cartoon is one of those jokes. But -as a Futurama forum is expected to be rather nerdy- I hope at least ONE in here will get this cartoon

Erm..folks...I know this is rather an insider joke, but come on: Please do not tell me that NO ONE in this forum is nerdy enough to get this one...

Okay, you two are allowed not to get it, as it refers to an R-Rated movie. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mutant_ActionThe folks in the second picture are this terrorist group. (Okay, I made the cartoon mostly for myself, as I am a really big fan of this hilarious movie, but I somehow expected at least one person to know it ) Well..I do not have an idea for a christmas cartoon, but I might get up a Fry/Leela cartoon during the next three days (no, this one will not have a dirty punchline )

What happened to my Nudar request?
Oh, trust me...he is in the making....he is in the making. He will appear when you expect it the least (In fact, some of the previous cartoons already laid some groundwork for Nudars appearance. You will go "Ah...that's why" regarding some cartoons as soon as Nudar appears...hehe... )

First of all, I just realized that I forgot to thank for the "Best Fan Artist 2011" Peelie. So, a) Thanks to everyone voting for me. b) Thanks to everyone not voting for me, but voting at all (the jury put quite some effort into the Peelies). c) And to those NOT voting at all: Try to change that in 2012 (again: because the jury put quite some effort into the Peelies;)) d'awww. I love her boots.
A good opportunity for me to give credit where credit is due: I wanted to add some more detail to Leela compared to the show. It was a relatively easy with the wrist thing, but her boots were inspired by that deviantart image: http://browse.deviantart.com/?qh=§ion=&q=Futurama+Leela#/d2qq0ok(also, kinda reminded me of Trinity from Matrix). So, now up for the new cartoon, "DELETED SCENE FROM PRISONER OF BENDA" In POB, it was obvious that the "You think my eye is too big" was just a symbol for "You think I gained weight?". And somehow, the following dialog came to my mind: "You think my eye looks big?" "No, but you gained quite some weight". Well...I was a bit reluctant to draw that one (I don't wish to go for standard couple jokes from the real world, that just happend to be acted out by Leela and Fry), but -after 25 cartoons- I think it's legitimate to also draw one of those

Thanks:) No, the PE building was not necessary until now in my cartoons. (But in the running comic, I will probably include a rather detailed shot of the building during a take off scene...)

So, this here is just a piece of (very sketchy) concept art for a future comic (yep, comic, not cartoon). The intro scene will play in the past, when the three main Amazonians (as kids) discover something in the jungle: (That image's purpose was to get an halfway acceptable version of the kid Amazonians...the guardian statues and the environment will have to be reworked. Anyway..it will a a rather long comic, and much more design work will have to flow into it).

Amazonian kids is an interesting concept, one which would possibly be great in a future episode too. You've captured them as young small Amazonions while still making them look like Amazonians, which by definition are large, which is no mean feat! It'll be interesting to see where this one goes!...

First: Happy New Year to you all. Unfortunately, I was ill and had to stay at home, so no parties for me But well. took some time to draw. I love the one with Fry and Leela and I like the above one . Whenever I see you've posted last in this thread I get excited for wonderful artwork and some funny strips , I get what I want and I like what I see.
Thanks:) Yep, I always try to "balance" my posts in this thread: On the one hand, I try to bring new artwork whenever I post (avoiding text only posts, sending the message to the readers "When I posted last, it's worth to take a look" ) , on the other hand, I do not want the readers to wait too long for an answer (would look rather impolite that way). Well...as no one complained so far, I will just assume I balanced the whole thing successfully @Solid Gold Bener & Otis P Jivefunk> Glad you like the pic, but please do not interpret too much into the concept of the Amazonians kids, and their background. This image just shows Thog, Tug and Ornik as kids. Of course they had to be children once, and they might have seen something as kids that might grow important in the present Futurama timeline (Well, at least in my planned comic ) So, some new artwork from the same comic. I already showed the heavy infantery from Morbos race, so I also wanted to have Heavy Omicronian Infantery (with a helmet this time;) ). With the Omicronians being one of the strongest races in the Futurama universe, I didn't see much of a need for a close combat weapon like on the previous Heavy Trooper Design. So, just one big gun, for close combat that guy probably will not need any weapons.
