Of all the doctors you could have picked to draw, why does that look like Matt Smith wearing David Tennant's clothes and glasses that would have been perfectly at home on either Christopher Eccleston or Paul McGann? It's like a mashup of 8, 9, 10, and 11 all at the same time.

I'm not saying that I don't like it.

I'm just guessing here, but I think it might also include Dr House. That character is fond of stating that people lie.

Nope, was just a drawing mistake
The left (seen from the Doctor) cheekbone was Tennant like, but I got a wrong line when coming to the right, being slightly bent inward, resembling Smith's rather prominent chin.
I was just too lazy too correct that, and though "Ah...what the Heck. Good enough for that joke".
The sunglasses are basically just there to show a sunny day, relaxation...the typical accesory for hanging round a beach and trying not to be active at all.

Very little time to draw lately.
Anyway, at least some WIP pic for the next A2 page of "30", the Robot Devils mode of transportation. (He basically just could have WALKED, come to think about it....)

Thx:) Actually, I was not thinking for one second of the Songbird, but rather this guy: http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/Images/Product/AlternativeFW/xlarge/Harridan2.jpg Also, I wanted to have a 4 limbed wyvern look, instead of a 6 limbed western dragon.

Little WIP Update
The Wyvern taking Belezebot to the sky, supervising his warhost:
