The name Rayus (?) was mentioned a few times when Ben's "lawyer" dropped off some papers in the carpark, in the van with Sayid driving, a few eps ago.

Maybe that's the same name?

The name was "Reyes" which is Hurley's last name. They were referring to Hurley as the lawyer was working to get him out of jail.

The good thing in that triangle is that Sawyer (the most interesting character of them) has absolutely no reason to be embarrased .. Kate fracked Jack just hours before ..what she is going to do.. cry?.

I wonder if Faraday aparition in the works of the Orchid station ground is explained with this or if this yet something to come..

My theory is

they are now in "the wrong track" in 1974.. so they will try something to go back to 2007 and thats what Faraday is doing in the orchid near the weird wheel , the thing is.. why the rest of survivors of the 815 are not in 1974/7 and where are they along the others and the survivors taken by the others..

They burried it like Faraday told them to. It wasn't really a plotline just a plot tool for Faraday to explain to Ellie that he was a time traveler which in turn interested her in time travel thus getting her to the point she is in now (Eloise Hawking)

The Ellie/Eloise thing hasn't been confirmed but many are sure that's what it is. Daniel kept saying she looks familiar but wouldn't say why. Plus Ellie was about 20 in '54 making her 70 something in present time, which would fit with Eloise Hawking.

So Ellie threatened to shoot her son
And Daniel got his interest in time travel from his mother who got it from him

I have a feeling the nuclear bomb may turn out to be more important later. If they have, in fact, buried it, it only guarantees the island will still be there after 2004-ish. Anything after that is a mystery. Daniel, I love you but your logic is flawed. Flaaawwwed!!!

BTW when Locke was told that "a war was coming and if you're not on the island the wrong side is going to win," do you think that, given his friends are now back in the 70's, they may have been referring to the purge? Just throwing it out there.
