~Faze~: I mean finding and installing the single obscure, never-used-anywhere-else codec unique to each individual torrented XVid-format video clip.  And getting WMP, Winamp or MP Classic to recognize it.

And yes, I tried that K-Lite pack last night when I originally tried torrenting.  Nothing, at least for the first two copies of Quest Part II that I tried.

Imagine, the final scene of the movie, a fleet of unstoppable Furling ships hyperspaces in and blasts the bejeesus out of everything, Earth, Ori, Replicators, Goa'uld, Wraith, Nox, Tok'ra... EVERYBODY!

And the last line of the film is "KEEP IT DOWN YE YOUNG NON-FURRY WHIPPERSNAPPERS!"

I saw it a few days ago and thought 'hey, isn't that the name of that movie I saw way long ago?'

I've seen about a third of season one now, and I kinda like it. That said, it is going to take me forever to catch up.

They struck her down, and she became more powerful than they could possibly imagine.  Somebody's going to have to shoot Daniel and send him on up for a boss fight by the end of this, aren't they?

As an epsiode Unending was quite a good one.

But as season or series finale? Nah.

They should have shown Moebius again.

Yeah, that was a bit full on, I was thinking if they were able to transfer consciousnesses from one body to another, why not try a body less Asguardy (small, grey, no genitals), like taking on human body hosts like the Tok'ra or something..?
Or if Thors mind could survive in a Hatak mothership, maybe they could become bitchin mechs or something, or Asguard-mind ships!

CCR bonding montage! I am so not used to hearing actual songs on Stargate, Is this the first one they ever used? They went all out.
I really liked the episode! although they cold have had the same emotional impact if it was more like 10-15 years, I mean they have figured out huge amounts of technology in a hell of a lot shorter than that before. Oh and Teal'c would be more like 160, Bra'tac is only 140 or so... I cannot belive this is the last ever episode...I'm going to have to go cry now.

Yeah, the song was unusual, but it did fit well.

Like I said, it's a nice episode, but some parts were way to forced.
