I'm the same exact way KAH.  I've had this one since I joined the board a long damn time ago and it irks me slightly when I see other people with it.

I suggest that you either get one of the custom ones (will take you forever to use, cause nobody is uploading them efficiently), or get an obscure one from the pool.  There are a helluva a lot in the pool and I'm sure you can find one (look in the middle or end of the list) that no one will probably use.

Believe me KAH, youre definitely not alone. A few weeks ago, some guy signed up named Scooty Puff (not to be confused with Scooty Puff Snr who signed up at the same time) and he had my doom bringer avatar. It pissed me off big time and im actually glad that he hasnt posted since...

So? Download a copy, ask someone to make the frame grab you want into an avatar or ask someone if you can use an "Upload to Pool" avy as a custom one instead.

Beside the 60days test-version of PSP isn't illegal!

What exactly would an IP check prove? You automatically assume that the same IP address means the same person? Someone with the same IP address as me could be one of the 2000 other people at my school.

Well not a complaint, but am I the only one that thinks it's annoying when some Peelers (especially FryFanSpyOrama) add "(If this already exists, I'm sorry.)" to the titles of new threads?

If it is a sentence in the opening post it's ok, but I think it's not useful in a threads name.

Hey what is on Photoshop that is good? Because I have Microsoft Picture it, which was pretty expensive, and I don't want to shell out money for something that I already have.

If Picture It already fulfills all the requirements you have for a image editing programme, you really don't need to change.

I've never used Picture It myself, so I can't really say what's different from Photoshop. I recommend you download the tryout version (unless you're on dial-up) and play around with that a bit  and see for yourself if it's worth the extra money.

I'ts only recently started happening that I've noticed....I think it's because these days most topics have been done (to death) and PEELers are hesitant to start new threads for fear of them being closed....

I think we should just not open new threads on anything for a while and be happy with what we have....?

Well eventually we are going to run out of things to talk about as there are no new episodes of Futurama being made. We'll always be able to make new threads in off topic though.

Or just leave the thread creation to the Mods/Admins.
So that in order to start a new thread you would have to get a Mod to do so, which would probably require a lot of sweet-talking....
