Gocad, I believe Nix raises a point by shooting you twice...if you were a mod, would you really want people posting and IMing you constantly to start a new thread? They have lives outside PEEL as well(at least I think they do). I would get sick of shit like that within a week.

I'm well aware that this wouldn't work, mainly for the reasons you just mentioned.

Nevertheless some restrictions regarding the opening of new threads could be a good thing. After all, the idea was to prohibit the spontaneous creation of useless threads....

PEEL should have some A.I. ubermod, being around 24/7 -
then again it would probably ban everyone here one second after its activation.

This isn't really a complaint but is anyone else having trouble with the PE logos and the folders that tell if there's a new post? Because new posts aren't showing up until several minutes after they're posted, then it shows the wrong name and time on the right.

if you are using a proxy server, its just a limitation of that, if not clear your cache or refresh the page with ctrl + f5

Meh, he'll get banned by the end of the day and everything will be back to normal soon enough. Just like those two Pokemon fans who, coincidently, showed up at the same time and supported each other in calling it "Pokeriffic". Although the 'Fry should be gay' thread got to three pages...   
EDIT: Nobody waste time telling him in his doomed threads to stop doing it or that the mods are going to just close his thread.

Isn't there a rule about not advertising your thread in other threads? If not, there should be. Is this Sonic 116 guy new? If so what right does he have to tell others to leave?

edit: who was keeping that list of people who post in doomed threads? Was it Archie or Aslate or someone? Cause I think you need to add a lot more people... Juliet, HoJay, and Bender&Fry to name the ones that I can remember. You guys have been here long enough to know that that's spamming and it's annoying and uncalled for. I'd tell you to stop, but no one listens anyway.

At least Laura only posted in one of them, in the four latest threads anyway, and said she was going to press the alert, it is probably best that somebody says they've alerted mArc so that other people don't will his inbox with alerts about the same offence

Reset post counts or blacklist them or something, you're not meant to spam in doomed threads, let them be, possibly post saying you've alerted [-mArc-] if needed.

I want to complain about Tweek.

Take a look at this thread.  Tweek didn't make an official complaint, or give me any warning that I'd made any spam posts, he just chose to troll the PotM thread in this manner.  After I won, he carried on his bitching here.

When I got hold of Tweek in the chat room, he said I'd been spamming, but conveniently couldn't remember either what I'd posted, or where I'd posted it.  To this day I don't know what it was I posted that sent him off the deep end.

Then we come to this month's PotM, narrowly won by HJS, whose spammy banana posts have become a cliche.  Does Tweek give her the same treatment he gave me last month?  Like hell!  Far from it, he actually votes for her!  Talk about a double standard...

Oh, God, it's great to be back! A few weeks ago, on May 13th, my crappy modem and computer crapped out on me. It's still not working, but I've got access to another computer, for now.

Anyway, it has come to my attention that my sister has posted under my name atleast four times. I've known for a while, but I didn't know she was making me look like a moron.
