Check out my post in the Futurama Plush thread. EE is actually using the correct pic on their site but NOT on the e-bay page, almost everyone is using the wrong stock image photo which is misleading. I received my plush on Monday, I will take pics today and update you on how it looks.

Well I wrote this a few hours ago and looks like they responded immediately:

EvilPDA is right - it helps to be polite (not that I would be mean, anyway). So we'll see if that first pic gets updated, and if any places that already used the old image actually update theirs (unless it's something where once Toynami changes it, it affects all the listings, like on the bay. I'm not sure how that works exactly, whether people are choosing from a catalogue of stock images or just copy pasting what is out there).

They slapped golden mac Benders into rushed Toynami boxes to keep fan interest up for their new line they got the rights and old molds too for the cons.

I think of it as Toynami Futurama toy zero.

theres nothing 'rushed' about the packaging. and of course they'd use an already existing molded bender. there's only 1,000 of em anyways. why opt to spend when it's already there.

I actually prefer the MAC benders over the toynami benders. their bigger.

Jabalong, I saw on facebook Toynami hid your comment that I liked lol. Toynami had posted a the cover art of Bender from the DVDs and asked if anyone knew who the artist was, and jabalong responded something to the effects of why bother posting pics of Futurama when they killed the toy line...

And then a few minutes later they promptly put up a pic of the Kif plush and a link to buying it on EE. Haha.

In regards to futurama related issues, I was just about to comment on that exact picture on Facebook but because I couldn't read the comment already there I didn't want to copy someone else, I shall go ahead and 'fill my boots' in a Bruc.... You know what sod it Im just gonna comment.

Also had we not settled this MAC vs Toynami argument surly no can honestly like the chunky inaccurate mouldings of the MAC figures, it occurred to me yesterday if they are happy using old moulds and releasing benders why can't they do gender bender it's not like it's a completely new mould they already have destructor too

Toynami wouldn't have gone as far as showing us the packaging for the Gender Bender/Desctuctor if they didn't plan on giving it to us this year.  Are they ending the regular line?  Yes.  Robot Devil? Yes.  Notice they didn't show up to the toyfair with them.  Just the plushes, tineez and the destructor set.
