I just bought a MAC Bender, it was loose but complete. The only weird thing was that instead of the suicide booth, it came with the Cryogenic freezer.

I'm not bothered though, as it means I can just get the Chef MAC Bender and I'll still have the suicide booth.

I was in the same boat, I was gonna hold out for the set then decided at the last minute to go for destructor on his own, I figure if I end up with two people out there will still pay for an opened one so I'll sell it at a loss, future I lost sleep last night, my girlfriend got all jealous n shit because a lass added me on Facebook how rediculas is that?!?! She seems to think Im gonna run off to America to be with you, doesn't bother me I just thought it would make u laugh

So.. I guess Toynami is still keeping Futurama close.. but taking it easy and slow.

Here's whats up - if Futurama stuff sales well enough during the final season run (this summer) Destructor & Gender Bender, Robot Devil, and more (new unseen) Tineez could be released, along with more plush (if they sale).

But it really sounds like the planned vinyl line of Morbo and Lrrr is dead along with the Robot Mafia and the 6 inch line altogether. Anything like giant Bender and anime Bender have been scrapped internally.

So either way.. the line is wrapping up as I see it.

I don't understand the logic of Toynami moulding all of those figures (which is the most expensive part) and not releasing them, even in a limited quantity. Don't they like money?

What did they change in it? Did they always have "Futurama" in their about me section? Ie. "Toynami, the source for collectibles from FUTURAMA, NARUTO, SKELANIMALS, NARUTO SHIPPUDEN, SHOGUN WARRIORS, MACROSS, ROBOTECH, BLEACH and many more!"

I keep seeing pictures of the destructor/ gender bender set, but I know you announced that the series is cancelled...is this set going to be released??? Also, is it going to be available to the people (most of us) that won't be going to comic con anytime soon??? Answers would be nice!

Thanks for that post futurefreak. Hopefully we get a yes.

Futurama is listed first, and is obviously the most commercially viable liscense Toynami have, why aren't they taking advantage of it while fans are still willing to plough money into the franchise? If they knew what was good for them, they'd have gotten GB/Destructor, Lrrr, Morbo, Mafia and Flexo all out by the end of the year.

Oh, and Randi, Myles (EVILPDA, right?) I sent you both friend requests on facebook. I don't really use it much but I'd rather have fellow Futurama friends on my friends list than half the people on there lol.

Thanks for the clarification Anvil. I sent you the message before I saw this (obviously), lol. I haven't been that strict in adding people in the past but I have had a few issues with spam or old high school drama bs that now I am more selective in the process, though if you have Futurama as your profile pic I will probably add you haha...

Yeah, that is interesting that they put Futurama first yet are ignoring the line. I went through their old photos, and whoops, their uploaded promo photos actually had the right Hypnotoad frog photoshopped in there, I guess. I just wonder how these sites got ahold of the other image...

I've received a similar mail from forbiddenplanet saying that Talking Robot Devil has been cancelled, and Jumbo Bender has been delayed to August 13... I think that Jumbo Bender is going to be cancelled too, but there's still some hope.

I have a strange feeling that the Robot Devil will still come out, just not until December 2013 at the earliest.

But the Gender Bender two-pack is looking grim in my opinion.
Try finding anywhere to pre-order it now.. you can't.
I looked at forbiddenplanet.com and they had nothing about it.

I'd nearly secured the Chef Bender that I'm after. Unfortunately the guy backed out of the deal I kind of think he was trying to screw me as he kept trying to get me to do it through a paypal invoice which I didn't want to do, he agreed to do it through ebay, and then a few minutes later told me he wasn't going to sell it.

Ha, he was just trying to avoid the seller fees. He probably backed out because he found another sucker to go through paypal.

We'd agreed that he'd list it for 99p and he'd add the rest of the cost onto the shipping to avoid fees.

But like you said, he may have found someone to go through paypal.
