After being tortured by Sayid, he's been kept in one of the storage rooms in the Hatch. There is no firm answer to whether he is who he says he is. So far, the only people who know of Henry Gale are Jack, Locke, Sayid, and Mr. Eko.
The name "Henry Gale" is an allusion to "The Wizard of Oz," in that it's Dorothy's uncle's name. Oh ok, thank you. The incident happened because someone used the computer to communicate (via Messenger or ICQ, I imagine ), Micheal and "Walt" did so and nothing bad happened to th.... oh, wait. We don't know that something bad is happening to Michael. They could have reunited him with his son and sent them home first class. That main other guy said that the only reason they were living on the island is because they were "letting them", the alternative doesn't have to be death. Poor misunderstood others. I think they should have a presidential election. Jack, Sawyer and the 'other' guy could run against each other. .....I really need to stop drinking at 9 in the morning.

Ever noticed the clever use of double meanings in their dialogue?
Claire: Are you a mother? Sun: No. I am not.
meaning both that "no", she isn't a mother, and that Claire should take up her duty as a mother and stay with her child.
There also was something like that between Gale and Locke.

No, Hurley is. That's why he's not appearing to lose weight.

I take it Locke was especially angry because he let himself be manipulated, just like in his life before the island?
[/capt. obvious]
About that Gale guy, he's Pez from the movie Saw btw.

Hear, hear. The show's soundtrack makes good use of horns. I think I said before that the dissonant chord of trombone glissandos is the perfect musical interpretation of "WTF!!!1one". As an interseting side note, the DVDs reveal that some of the instruments used in the soundtrack are pieces of airplane debris.

Not that this has anything to do with "Unfound" ( ), but I wonder what would happen if you had O'Neill and MacGyver at the same place...
should be interesting.

Chay, we're living in the age of insta-information. There's huge time and effort saving incentives to look up what you need for yourself. Teach a man to fish, etc.

Good episode tonight. I always find the Jin/Sun interplay very interesting. Sun is also a severe hottie, which made this episode even better. I frankly can't believe what they're letting Henry get away with. The first thing I thought when I saw the map was, "Yep, he's setting up an ambush." Of course, the previews show Sayid, Charlie, and Ana-Lucia finding some sort of balloon-like object, but that doesn't mean Hank didn't just make up a story to go along with the balloon.
Also: Oh the previews! Oh the excitement! Oh the fact that there's going to be a new episode next week! Five things? What could they be? Locke gets locked in the hatch? Balloon found by balloon-seekers? Hurley reveals secret food larder? Um...pink elephants dance the tango with Kate? Something else? No, I really don't know.
