I just thought of what I *really* want as my custom AVI, but I lack the skill to create it effectively, so I'm fishing on the off hope some nice artist might make it for me...

Can somebody please make Fry wearing his once-mentioned-but-never-seen Sombrero for me? That's one of my absolute favorite fry moments in the entire series. And I'm fairly sure nobody else has one like it (at least, nobody I've seen in my short time here, but correct me if I'm wrong)

If you do, I'll, uhm, well, I guess I can credit you in my sig or something?

I'd do it myself, but !photoshop at present, and I don't even wanna think about trying to do it in Paint.

Upload a photo how, and to where? Only place to upload photos here is for custom sig blocks.

Also, the specific error message would be helpful in helping you.

That's ALL any of them say? "there is an error"? No idea then. If it's all of them it sounds like a problem on you end, though, possibly your ISP or a firewall issue? but I don't know what would cause it...

Nice job with the avys, Gopher, though they are a bit rough around the edges. What program/software are you using for them?

free crap, actually several different programs. Mostly ImageForge at the moment.
It was rather difficult to decide where the dog ended and the bg began in some places :shrug:
The brown one looks a lot rougher than the B&W, partly because I colorized it after shrinking it, and made worse by the fact that gif transparency is keyed rather than alpha-based. He already requested my b&w be uploaded, but he didn't say thanks, so he might like yers better :sheepish:

oh, and if you were talking more about crapbag's being rough, well, to be honest I didn't really put much time into those

Alright, Avy-makers, I have a request.  After the Xmas season, Pirate Gore looks a little bare in comparison to his holiday form.  So, following up on a suggestion from Pasty, I've decided to give him some headgear.  If someone could add a crown to my current avatar - nothing to gaudy, just a sort of Emperor-of-the-Moon thing - either fitting over the jar, perched on the jar, or on his actual head, I'd appreciate it.  Only if you have the spare time, though.

CB: n/p... only took me a few minutes, and if I hadn't done it, gff (or someone else) would have had to; so you could say I did it to help out GFF, as thanks for actually drawing something original for me. 

NoR: ... I might take a shot at it if I have time later, but no promises. Actually drawing things isn't exactly my specialty.

Hey, GFF, (unless someone else wants to attempt this, but I want GFF to try most dfinitely) Can you make these images into an avatar? Whichever one I like best I shall use    and this one I only want Vader, not the background stuff... Maybe try both and I'll choose the one I want. Not to say I won't use the other one in due time, and please, for the love of God, keep him in his black glory.. No Valentines crap.. Mucly aprreciated to anyone who takes on this challenge.
