It's a crytogram game Nicky.  You take a quote from an episode and then substitute a random letter in place of each actual letter.  Then everybody else tries to solve it.
For example:
We'll encrypt "Bender"
Substitute a 'Z' for all the 'B's'
Substitute a 'M' for all the 'E's'
Substitute a 'F' for all the 'N's'
Substitute a 'K' for all the 'D's'
Substitute a 'N' for all the 'R's'
And "Bender" becomes "ZMFKMN".  What letter you use as a substitution doesn't matter, it's random.  In fact if you bother to solve a quote and want to post your own just use Gopher's Handy Tool to encrypt it for you.

Yep, you're correct.  Now go ahead and post your own quote.  You can use Gopher's Handy Tool to encrypt it.  Just copy and paste a quote from one of the transcripts into the box at the top of the page and then click the "Randomize" button. 
Also, as you can see from previous posts, you don't need to wait to be told you're right, since it is highly unlikely that two quotes would match the same Cryptogram.  Just go ahead and post your own quote once you have an answer to the previous one, it keeps the thread moving along nicely.  Welcome to the Cryptogram Thread!
