That long one was actually a good stress-test, seems to work pretty well. For encryption, the new version is ready; the decryption tool needs some more tweaking but is usable.

lappy, no comment on the new tool? Even if you still don't like the tool to help solve (which is an immense improvement over the old one), you have to like the convenient "copy" button that copies the puzzle and wraps it in "quote" buttons for you.

So, now I got a chance to try your new tool: Looks pretty nice, I especially like the highlighting of the corresponding letters if the mouse is over one. That's really useful, so I might start using it instead of wordpad to solve cryptograms. The interface is also the way I like it :-)
However, if I may make one suggestion: It'd be a good idea to use another font (maybe one with serifs) for the solving stuff, since it's impossible to tell "l" and "I" from each other. But that's the only thing I've noticed so far.

ive got a question.....on futurama volume 4 disc 4 theres a 6th link in the menu and its a blue screen with tons of symbols....im almost positive its a cryptogram but id like it if someone confirmed it before i spend my time craqcking it.....lol

New version, new features.  Broke the case preservation, which I'll fix later (maybe before you read this) but added he ability to lock/unlock letters by clicking the same letter twice. When locked they're background is gray and they can't be swapped. The copy puzzle button is also enhanced, returning the text made as a link into the solver with the quote. (like the quote link above). Quite slick, I thought.
