Name: Captain Shwats

While being brought up in cramped conditions, Captain Shwats was roughed up as a youth.  The Captain would later admit the beatings made him a bigger man.  Along with the army and navy, he is considered the "third leg" of the DOOP's armed forces, doing much of the thinking for the higher-ups.  Shwats was once a member of a crack entry team, but, after a lack of suport, he was accused of becoming too soft for the job.  His ship, the Durex, was scrapped after its hull ruptured on re-entry, allowing a biological infestation.

Bio: At a young age he was caught in fire. He lost some vital organs and had to get robotic ones. At age 15 he was attacked by a werewolf. Therefore, he is a half robot werewolf.
