Together with other promoted things Simpsons is sure to stay entertaining us for years to come!

Wow I haven't seen the newest Simpsons in a while! the last thing I've heard was that  sofa's gag featuring the Hayao Miyazaki's movies and references.

And now a legos episode, seriously they need to buy sense of humor and don't spend their money in pretty animation.

HOW CAN YOU NOT LIKE LEGO?!

I also don't approve of Lego being pluralised to Legos. :nono:

The my whole life saying legos was a lie! I curse you spanish speakers who always add a s to the end of every word.  :nono:

Anyway lego are cool but the newest Simpsons aren't, that is something I would expect in a Halloween's episode or in a sofa's gag but a whole episode?! No thanks.

It's using the same CGI stuff used for the TV Lego specials (I'm pretty sure this was confirmed by the writer of this episode in an interview, who also apparently worked on the other Lego specials).

I think I'd prefer a Lego Simpsons Game to an actual episode.  It'd be neat trying to unlock all of the residents of Springfield.

Also, Maggie is the only acceptable looking character in that set.

Finally I saw some episodes of this season and ok I have to admit it,these are good ideas but very poorly written the jokes or you just forget them.

I personally liked the Homer's episode with that baby, also this made me laugh so hard http://imgur.com/a/TBYOc also notice how all these scenes are from seasons. 1-15

Anyway too bad the fact they're wasting money in animation and not actually hiring good writers.

Yeah, especially since part of the show's original contract stipulated that promotions and the actual show were to be separate, that actual episodes could not be used to sell products

Ah yes, the stiff digital animation and boring angles from the last few years, really looks like they spent a lot of money into that.

Anyways...hey look, another Sideshow Bob episode.

"On a research trip, Lisa is shocked to discover that Sideshow Bob is now the chief scientist at a massive chemical engineering company, but her fears are allayed as she becomes enamored with his likeminded appreciation of high-culture. Meanwhile, Marge’s attempt to preach healthy sexual practices to a teen church group goes awry in the all-new “The Man Who Grew Too Much” episode of THE SIMPSONS airing Sunday, March 9 (7:30-8:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. (SI-2507) (TV-PG D, L, S, V)

Wow, that plot actually sounds really promising. Really could be interesting to see Sideshow Bob and Lisa finally get some interaction together. Plus, it might also be a good time for Bob to revenge on her since she has helped a lot in the past with putting him back into jail. Marge's plot sounds effy.

Oh, and we also have another episode after it with that Harry Potter kid.

Bart is rescued from a confrontation with Springfield Elementary’s bullies by Diggs (guest voice Daniel Radcliffe), a recent transfer student and aspiring champion in the niche sport of falconry. But, Bart soon discovers that Diggs wants to do more than just wrangle falcons: he wants to take to the sky himself in the all-new “Diggs” episode of THE SIMPSONS airing Sunday, March 9 (8:00-8:30 PM ET/PT) on FOX. (SI-2508) (TV-PG D, L, V)

Eh, might be okay, maybe.

Eh, I thought Day of the Jackanapes and The Bob Next Door were okay. Not absolutely fantastic like the classic Bob episodes, but pretty good for the Seasons they were from (the other Bob episodes were pretty bad though, especially The Italian Bob).

Marge's plot might be good, but could end up just being Marge being overly preachy and bad teen jokes. The plot sounds more promising than the rest of the Season has been though.

It was better than The Italian Fob and Funeral for a Fiend, but it was still painful to get through. The face transplant stuff was fucking stupid.

Not to mention that the ending of Brother From Another Series would've been the perfect logical conclusion to the Sideshow Bob saga.

As much as I love Bob, Beother From Another Series definitely would've ended it in the best way.  I actually like every one of his episodes that I've seen, and I've only skipped The Italian Mob.  So the best option for me is if that episode were aired a decade or two later.

Ok, finally I've been watching the season 25 and here some opinions:

The opening gag in this year's halloween special was pretty good, anyway the only segment I really liked was  Oh, the places You'll D'oh because The Cat in the Hat is my favorite Dr.Seuss story. By the way 7/10 the past year's episode still being better, imo.

Four Regrettings and a Funeral, nothing special I just liked the credits part that I posted before  :laff: 6/10 (I would give it a 5 or less but seriously I wasn't expecting that in the credits).

YOLO by the title I was expecting the worse thing (yes I'm one of these people who think that memes or internet's jokes should be away from TV) but actually isn't really awful but still being kinda boring ,I liked that spanish guy but tacos are from Mexico not Spain!  :nono: 5.5/10

Labor Pains actually my favorite episode from this season, atm! I really liked it because was a simple idea (Homer taking care of a baby) and I felt it natural, that is my problem with the stories actually they are really elaborated. Before they used to pick a random or simple idea and that gave the writers more chances for make jokes and better writing (For example Deep Space Homer ,the idea sounds like something you would expect in season 30 ,but no it's from season 5 and basically almost all the jokes are easy to remember and...ahhh Homer eating chips in the space it's beautiful, and that's why they followed just an idea), by the way this episode gave me the feeling from a classic Simpsons episodes (not the really good ones from seasons 1-8 where I consider when the show stopped to be perfect and since season 9 to 15 they only were good, in fact season 15 is my second favorite season  and in season 9 is where belongs my favorite episode :O_o: ) and that is good! Also I liked the plot with Lisa and the cheerladers. I'm giving it a 8/10

The Kid was All Right....what the hell was that? the stupidiest plot ever, dont take me wrong, actually I know how politics works in USA but, anyway the idea was really off. I mean what kind of kid would care about talk about that? by the way the only thing that gave me a smile was all the Charlmers attempts for spell that girl's name. 3/10

Steal This Episode, NO just NO  , I mean the idea sounded really interesting and I agree with Homer about how shitty are the cinemas nowdays, in fact the episode started really good! but when they showed the cars and used it as the recurrent gag in the whole episode, then everything was downhill for me and the critique was too direct, I dunno ,I didn't like that (personally I prefer Homer vs. Lisa and the 8th Commandment was better). Is a thing I would expect from Family Guy since the plot's idea. I dont even dare to give a note to this episode, makes me sick.

Married to the Blob this episode was even real? I still without process some stuff what happened, the whole Hayao Miyazaki's tribute was really beautiful, Kumiko is really cute, the dead wife's joke made me almost cry of the laughter  :laff: and...I can't believe The Simpsons added this song

I'm shoked, first because is weird listen a song in japanese in a western show (anyway American Dad did it first!) and second Kyary Pamyu Pamyu is my favorite japanese singer, I'm glad she is getting more attention, because yeah! her music and songs are so cute!

I can't give the episode a 9 or 10 because really personal stuff isn't something I would defend if someone comes and tells me "This episode sucks!" but I'm also giving it a 8/10.

And Specs and the City was awful, I hate when in Groening's shows the break the fourth wall (the sky's joke from Lenny) also nothing interesting happens in the episode, but I liked how Homer is obsessed with these glasses. 3/10.

I still need to se the christmas episode and Homerland, anyway as I thought this season is mediocre, and it's weird because season 24 was pretty good.

Labor Pains probably is second best episode from this season so far. The plot did feel natural and if the plot works, it's quite a lot nowadays. I think Lisa's storyline wasn't so good, but I can't remember it.

About Bob episodes... They were all good until Italian Bob, which sucked hard. I watched Funeral for a Friend recently and it might not be too bad actually.

Also; "Aagh, Sideshow Bob!" - Does it really have to be addressed every time like all the guest stars? :nono:
Just unnatural and overly repeated without even being funny.

Before the Internet, memes were largely propagated by television, as well as pretty much every form of human interaction meant to convey or exchange information or ideas. Memes are not some new online phenomenon, and trying to confine them to one medium is an affront to the very nature of human communication.

Guess I'll list my thoughts on the Season because why not.

Homerland- Plot twist with the hippies didn't make much sense, Kristen Wigs character was really unneeded and weird, and the parody stuff just didn't work. 5/10.

Treehouse of Horror XXIV- Guillermo del Toro's opening was fantastic, felt like I was about to watch a classic Treehouse of Horror episode again. Dr. Seuss segment was pretty funny, liked the animation and jokes. Head segment was really rushed, barely did anything original with the head thing or anything funny. Circus segment started out interesting, but quickly got boring and just faded out by the end (hated the HIMYM ending). 7/10

Four Regrettings and a Funeral- None of the plots went anywhere, nothing really added to any of the characters with their regrets. Eh, had some decent jokes. 7.5/10.

YOLO- Plot didn't make any sense considering how Homer lives his daily life. Eduardo was forgettable, Lisa's plot I completely forget, oh, and the episode just sort of ended by the last act. 6.5/10

Labor Pains- Tried to be sweet, but just failed at it. Barely saw any of the baby or Maggies little tie in, and Lisa's cheerleading plot was just more annoying activist stuff. Oh, and Marge was out of character like usual. 5/10

The Kid is All Right- Remember pretty much nothing about this one. Just some weak political humor and a girl Lisa is fighting against for political whatever. 5/10

Yellow Subterfuge- First half was pretty solid with Bart having a clean slate and trying to work for something. Plus, nice to see Skinner have balls again. Then, it just fell into mediocrity with the Agnes prank plot and ended. Also enjoyed most of the Krusty plot. 7.5/10 (2nd best of the Season).

White Christmas Blues- Lots of awful jokes (the Jesus motel thing, Rod and Todd's seizure), out of towners were generic, Lisa's presents didn't make any sense, and the ending moral made no sense either. Possibly my least favorite Christmas episode of the show. 4/10

Steal This Episode- Loved the dark Radioactive Man reboot, the satire on piracy, and Homer's plot. Easily one of the best of the HD episodes (which isn't really saying much). 8/10

Married to the Blob- Really should've shown a lot more of Kumiko and CBG's relationship. Kumikos father was generic. Also, CBG's song was meh. Eh, watchable. 7/10.

Specs and the City- Started out mediocre with the Specs, then just became another marriage crisis plot. Oh, and again, the episode didn't really have much of an ending. Can't really tell if Homer letting Marge keep going to counseling without saying anything was a happy, or sad ending. 6/10.

Overall, really meh Season. It's better than Season 24 I guess since I actually remember a few episodes (with 1 I actually think is good), but still a lot of repeated stuff, cringy jokes, and just usual Modern Simpsons stuff.

And now, for your random Simpsons Season 25 update.

First, Fox has switched the order of Diggs and The Man Who Grew Too Much on March 9th, with Man airing at 7:30, and Diggs at 8.

http://www.foxflash.com/div.php/main/page?aID=1z4&mo=3&d=2

Next, there's a new episode title. SABF20 – Clown In The Dumps

Shortened link

Judging by the title and late production order, I'm just going to guess that this is the death episode (pretty confident Rabbi Krustofski is going to be the one who'll die now).

And finally, The Winter of His Consent will air March 16th.

Marge invites Grampa and two other octogenarians to live at the Simpsons’ house after the Retirement Castle is closed for health violations, but she quickly becomes frustrated with Homer when he starts embracing the “old person lifestyle.” Meanwhile, at Springfield Elementary, Bart defends Nelson’s affinity for hand-me-down underwear, leading Nelson to befriend Bart in the all-new “The Winter of his Content” episode of THE SIMPSONS airing Sunday, March 16 (8:00-8:30 PM ET/PT) on FOX. (SI-2509) (TV-PG D, L, V)

Pretty sure all of those plots have been used at least three times on the show by now, but shouldn't be too harmful (as long as Marge isn't too much of a bitch).

Just what the hell? I really wish they'd hire new writers already. Cause they're just rehashing shit they did from 2 seasons ago.

If they rehashed something from Seasons 1-12, I'd kinda understand/accept it. It's impossible to keep track on every idea from 24 seasons. But seriously, the same plots as from 2 Seasons ago??? Come on, man. If it was taking a plot from Season 9 or 11. I wouldn't mind as much, since the show's already ran out of almost every idea in the book.

If the rabbi is dying, then why would they even hype it up? They never hyped up Mona Simpson's death, and she's just as major as RK.

Seasons 1-9 deserve to be left fully in-tact... Not sure why you would choose to minimize the episodes from the good seasons in order to make way for crap like Mypods & Broomsticks and Gorgeous Grampa.

My list would have the first 9 seasons left as they are (maybe with the clip shows removed, but I could take them or leave them). Seasons 10 and 11 would then be made up of the best episodes from seasons 10-14. Then my season 12 would be the best of 15 and 16, followed by a 13th season with the best of 17-20 (pre-widescreen transition). Not even sure if I could find enough good episodes from there to make a complete 14th season, though that would surely be the last.

I took out a few classic-era episodes that I didn't feel were a huge priority for the list.  Although in hindsight, I did come off a whole season short of 10 seasons, so I probably could squeeze a few more classic ones in there.  But alas, I've lost the motivation to work on this lost any longer, as with most lists I create.

I chose to put those two in simply because of their influence in the Tapped Out game.  Kind of a lame reason, but that's one of the requirements I set for myself.
