Die Untergang:
Good, until they all leave the bunker. Then the film tells history to suck a dick with a generic sort of ending. Still worth watching if Historical unaccuracy doesn't bother you. Weirdoes.

Zombi 2 - Almost boring Trainspotting - Great Event Horizon - Cheesy Cast Away - Wilson : ( Princess Bride - Prepare to die! Classic and perfect. The Perfect Storm - Good, wet. The Sixth Sense - 12 Monkeys - It said based off La Jetee in the start, ruining the ending for me :| Homeward Bound - Nostalgic A League of Their Own - Underrated and brilliant for a baseball movie. I love it. Miracle at St Anna - Worst war movie ever. Completely incompetent and boring. House on haunted Hill - Old VHS, a few of the characters are interesting. Road Trip - Whoa, I just noticed I these two "trip" movies in a row. Completely a coincidence. Senior Trip - Extremely underrated, one of my favourite comedies. Gonzo - Hunter S. Thompson ..

That would make it a lot easier. "You know that one part where stuff happens? It was pretty good."

And why was it so horrible, Bianca? I actually thought it was better than the first. This one had less explosions and make-me-want-to-barf camera angles, focused more on the fighting aspect of the Transformers versus exploding everything, and it grew the relationships of the Transformers to one another rather than making them mindless machines. And I actually could stand watching Shia for once in my life! (I still dislike Megan Fox.) And I would've liked a lot more of John Turturro, but for what he was in it was good. Sure, the plot didn't have much of a human touch, but meh. I might have to retroactively lower my rating on Transformers to rank this one higher than that.
I've seen a lot of movies lately, I'll post a review of alllll of them later.

It was all just so irritating, they dragged on parts that didn't need to be dragged on, they could have filled the plot holes instead. All of the main characters were so unlikable I wanted them to all be killed, the jokes they attempted werent funny, the list goes on...but anyway, by the end of the movie as soon as the credits started I was out of my seat and heading towards the door.

Transformers 2
This is the closest I've been to walking out of the cinema, and I would have if not for my two friends on either side of me. They said it only went for 2 1/2 hours but I still think it went for 5. Every aspect of this movie sucked and I want my $14 back!
F-
What I find amazing is the fact you don't mention why you didn't like the movie. What, you prefer vampires that sparkle? I liked the movie, but there were aspects of the movie that I wished weren't put into the movie. I sure hope the twins were eaten by the underwhelming devastator, Sideswipe and Sunstreaker are supposed to be the twin. But still Transformers: The Movie as been the best one so far and it was made in 1986. Monty Python and the Holy Grail
I could fill up this post with all the parts and quotes I found hilarious, but more than likely you've already seen it and would already know that this movie is indeed hilarious.

The bad thing is that studios make sequels based on ticket stubs and not critics reactions. And, if they label it a blockbuster and release it in the summer, it's going to get lots and lots of money. No matter how bad this movie is in the eye of critics or the side of the public who likes to think, there will be a sequel and there will continue to be ones until (1) the movie is seriously horrible, (2) the drones who go to them every year realize it's not worth it anymore, or (3) the actors in them realize it's not worth it anymore.

Thanks for mentioning Delsea, Nix. I've been trying to find a drive-in in the area. Vineland isn't too bad of a drive for a double feature.

Were you people who saw Transformers expecting a good movie? Stop giving your money to this kind of film and supporting it. You're just seeing it because it's a "big" movie.
It's Transformers 'nuff said, it don't care that its a Bayplosion film. Plus they won't ever be as good as Beast Wars. This is where I prefered seeing the first Bay TF movie in cinemas as it wasn't known as well as it was for ROTF. But then again, for some reason I was offered a voice acting spot for a fan made Beast Wars movie. Dunno why, but it was legit. Well by the reviews people on here have given it, it obviously isnt a good movie, so why do you people keep going to see it?
RS 2thou- I did say why I didn't like it, if you read my post after that, you would know.
I actually wrote my post before that you reply you posted, it's just that then my 'net decided to crap out when I clicked on the 'post' butten. So my comment was pre-your reply to i_c_wiener's post.

Still in South South Jersey (Delmarva), but I could drive there in less than 2 hours, which is good for a double feature.

The Fisher KingI see. I get to see Robin Williams simulate a hefty bowel movement and his little Hook both in the same movie? I consider myself a lucky man. AClueTHIS WAS NOTHING LIKE THE BOARD GAME. It was amusing, slapstick, pointlessly convuluted and there wasn't a single argument over who got stuck as Mrs Peacock. BMarnieMy new second favourite Hitchcock movie. The best scenes were when she was riding the professionally back-projected horse! AThe LadykillersI swear I barely even recognised Alec Guinness! Talk about a chameleon wrapped in a enigma wrapped in a jumper! I always hear that Kind Hearts and Coronets was the best Ealing comedy, but I have to admit I preferred The Ladykillers. Great performances all around; Herbert Lom's especially, which is a pretty big compliment considering his co-stars were Alec Guinness and Peter Sellers. A

The American President
My brother, for reasons that escape me, owns this box-set of three Michael Douglas movies. Seeing as how I had absolutely nothing productive to do this morning, I figured I'd check one of them out.
I think I was previously, vaguely aware of the fact that Aaron Sorkin wrote this movie, but when I saw his name in the credits, I found myself drawing the inevitable comparisons to The West Wing (of which I was/am by no means a regular viewer, but I've seen enough of it to get the gist). Great dialogue, great performances (Michael J. Fox and Annette Bening, in particular, kicked all kinds of ass), and pseudo-realistic (though largely idealistic) politics. Also, Martin Sheen was there.
Anyway. I enjoyed the story, but it was ultimately pretty formulaic (especially that speech at the end. I mean, it was well-written and all, but it was kind of an anti-climactic way to deal with the main conflict in the movie: the president's private life vs. the president's personal life). Also, I didn't have a particular need or desire to see Michael Douglas making out with anyone. And Annette Bening's character was kind of, uh, flighty and inconsistent--the typical romantic comedy heroine (though, like I said, she played it perfectly).
Honestly, Michael J. Fox kind of made the movie for me.
