I'm giving Vyolet a pity vote, because I think she's genuinely a fun character (I love all the mutants). And Zoidberg, though hilarious, is a little overrated and tends to be hit-or-miss in terms of whether or not I find him amusing or irritating.

Vyolet never really struck me as interesting nor funny, and while the mutants as a group are fun to see, I don't think she alone can match someone like Zoidberg, who aside from being a main character, is also one of the funniest.

So, yeah, definitely Zoidberg.

Yet another really easy "minor character vs PE crew member" poll.

So yeah, I voted for Zoidberg because he's a more major character and the only member of Planet Express who has the Professor's lobster-like tenacity.

I'm giving Vyolet a "fuck you, Zoidberg" vote. He's had a couple of moments of awesome this season, true, but he's not been amazing on a consistent basis, and I'm holding major characters to a much higher standard than minor ones (and core characters to a near impossible standard) as the competition advances.

Zoidberg is funniest when he delivers one-liners, and he's had a lot of really, truly hilarious ones throughout the series. I have no strong feelings for or against Vyolet, whereas I'm glad Zoidy's around. So he gets my vote. Also, it's not like he's about to lose.

tnuk's opinion is valid, but I don't agree with it. I've been holding all the characters to the same standard of "which one do I like better." This does tend to mean that the bigger one is chosen over the minor one, but usually I feel like the bigger one unquestionably deserves it.
