They are both sucky characters, but WERNSTROM! gets it. Agnew was just so, so lame...

Agnew does make me laugh (or at least the idea of him), but Wernstrom is the stronger and more-developed character. I particularly enjoyed his appearance in "The Beast With a Billion Backs," and his rivalry with Farnsworth is of course hilarious.

Agnew is hilarious but I have to go with Wernstrom as well. He's driven a lot of really great sideplots and he was one of the better aspects of BwaBB.

The opposite of this... almost.

They're both awesome characters but Wernstrom is more developed and interesting. Agnew is basically just one-joke and as much as I love that one joke, it can't compete.

I find both characters to be very funny, but I voted for Wernstrom because I love his hilarious name and, as Gorky already said (stop stealing my opinions!), His rivalry with the Professor is classic.

Yes, I agree with this. The madness is reaching a point where one-offs are just going to have to lose against more established characters.
