Is continental TV so bad that nobody would include local programmes in their top ten, or did people decide to post their top ten English Language programmes?

OK - foreign shows:

Formula 1 coverage on RTL
Slovenian Who Wants to be a Millionaire (I think its Slovenia, 50,000 of their local currency is worth about £150)
Canadian Who Wants To Be A Millionaire (They don't win money, instead they win dishwashers!! - OK this probably isn't true but its pretty funny)
Turkish Who Wants to be a Millionaire (1,000,000 Turkish Lira is worth £10)
Who Wants to Marry a Multimillionaire - WTF??!
Some Russian show where 2 people have to steal a car and outrun the police for 30 minutes, if successful they get to keep the car, if unsuccessful they go to jail, for real - Don't remember the name.
Endurance (It had to be included for sheer stupidity and pointlessness)

Sounds like something FOX would air once they've succesfully killed Futurama.

I could list my favorite local shows, but who would know what I was talking about, and who would care? But for what it's worth I like a few satirical shows, a consumerorientation show with humor and a quiz (see, I told noone would know what I'm blabbing about), a weekly indepth investigating journalism program called "The Report".
