your not annoying me Futurama-hil, i like you just fine.

as for fic-writing i just don't want to end up wasting peoples time with a story that sucks. I know i don't like reading bad fics. i'd feel kinda bad for subjecting people to something i myself don't like.

I'm going to try and build on my first story that I've got out now.  The second one will deal with how Fry and Leela would react to having to be apart for a year, because of what Fry did in my first fic.  I'm still trying to figure out all of the situations that will happen to them, and how each of them would react to them.  If someone could help me, I would appreciate any editing help on my fics, so that I can be a better writer.
Here's  a little bit of my first fic:

Fry (under his breath) If I can’t do any better than this, then I shouldn’t expect Leela to love me, especially when I can’t give myself any respect.  I’ve got to do something that’ll show Leela that I really am trying, but what?
 
Fry stood there and thought furiously, for a little while, and after a bit, he lifted his head and smiled to himself, almost sadly.

Fry (out loud) Yeah that would probably be the best thing for both of us. If I’m going to show Leela that I do love her, then maybe this would be for the best.

That's a little teaser.  Have fun with it.

I submitted it to TLZ and CGEF last week, but I haven't heard anything back from them yet.  If nothing comes up before the end of this week, then I'll try, try again.

About what Anarchist and Allen said before, I'm not really scared to put it up, but I want it to be really good.  So, I dunno, maybe I just want other people to say, "wow, that's really good".  I guess that's all.  But don't worry, I'm still doing it. 

I'm also still looking fo suggestions for my practice fic.

knowing me though i'll probably put off starting it for a week or two then throw myself into it, loving it, cherishing it, and then deciding that it sucks and completely denying that i ever wrote it in the first place. And thus the cycle continues.

My practice fic is just about done with its first part.  SO IF ANYONE OUT THERE WANTS TO REVIEW & EDIT BEFORE IT COMES OUT, THEN TELL!  You'll get special regconition(sp?) when it's out.  Thanks.

I think I saw July 13, 1975 in the SP3K anamatic (which makes sense since that's David X. Cohen's b'day), but nothing's ever been said about it.

Hello everyone.  I'm still working on my second part of No More Fun and Game, but I guess I'm a little stuck for the time being.  Trying to knock it loose, but it may be a little while.

That said, I've just finished up a second story, a stand alone that's called "Funeral for a Friend".  That said, after going over it some, while it is a shipper fiction, it's pretty sad, and I'm not sure if it would have a lot of appeal.  If somebody would care to R&R it, as well as edit it some, then I will be happy to send you a copy of it. 

There may be another chapter to it, but I can say this, it's not a dream, and there are no miracle cures to make everything right.  I wanted to see how the survivor was able to adjust to the loss of the person who may have been their better half.  However, if you are upset by the story, just consider it a part of another alterni-verse.  I hope to have the second part of my other story up by the end of the work week, or this weekend.

After lots of procrastination, I plan to finish the first chapter of my What If fic by Sunday, just in time for father's day.     I got side-tracked with lots of essays due at the end of the school year and with a summer 'nanny' job.  However, I have tomorrow off, which means I'll be working to finish it.  Hopefully I can motivate myself to finish it by promising to purchase the Red Curtain Trilogy once the fic is completed.

I read it, Hil.  I'm waiting for the next part... I hope Leela doesn't get killed by that thing... or worse assimilated into stale chocolate!  But you put Fry in a sitution where he has to think fast?  Hmm... I'm curious... so put up the next part already!

at fanfiction.net, but what you have to do is locate one of BBT's other fanfics. then click on her name it will direct you to a page that has every fic she has ever posted listed. it's on there.
