Seeing as we keep coming back to Hermes, does anyone else find his accent slightly, well...wrong? I wonder if  American/Jamaicans have a different accent from Anglo/Jamaicans; or maybe the accent had just changed by the year3000.

I don't like this speaking as a collective "we"! I liked pokemon once. About three years ago! It gets boring! Every episode is the same though!

Well then, Matt has once again reach his goal with a character. Like Sal said, Cubert was created to be annoying and your supposed to want to beat him up. I define worst character as "most pointless character" or something like that, therefore I do not think Cubert is the worst character.

i agree with the lamp incident, caculon kinda sucks, but dwight is definetly the worst character, and too many people are saying cubert, if he wasn't on, who would i make fun of

Personally, I like Cubert. I like his snappy comebacks, but I can see where you're coming from with Dwight. He just seems like a useless character. The only reason he's even there is so Cubert has someone to pull hijinx with because it would look really awkward alone. So it's just a combination of Hermes and Cubert's characters.

I used to hate Zapp until last summer, but now he's my favorite.  I've ALWAYS hated Hermes.  I can't stand him because he's just an anal-retentive jerkwad.  (But I must admit, his song about bureaucracy was genius.)  And I CANNOT stand Cubert, either.  I don't know why, I just don't.

I can't beleive people hate Mom, she is hysterically mean and her sons are funny, too. Mom's line "Damn, that basterd's itchy" is classic in my book. The only ep. I've seen (I've seen all but most of the 4ACV shows) in which Mom and/or her sons wasn't funny was "Futurestock" (but then lots of great Futurama characters weren't funny in that ep., except for Zoidberg and Hettie and HGB).
Cubert is actually one of my favorite characters because when he comments on the logical errors of the show he is doing my job for me.    I thought Cubert's lines "I want to be a science fiction writer" and "That's what being a magical elf is all about." are among the funniest Futurama quotes ever.

Hermes is my least favorite main character in Futurama, but I don't hate him.
I don't like Amy's parents all that much, but I don't hate them either.
The only characters in Futurama I truly hate are Nixon (but I love to hate him), Judge Whitey (esp. since he divorced Fry and Leela) and "That Guy" ('cause he broke up the PE crew)
