Who's the worst character?

Hermes. The only time he's funny is when he's ripping on Zoidberg. He's the most boring character on the show, and the limbo jokes are getting tired. I love all the other characters!

The best character is definately Fry though

I've never liked her, and never will. Though I do like her more than any other girls in any other shows. But in Futurama standards, I hate her.

Amy isn't that bad! I like her in a way! Also, I think Hermes is the worst character in the PE, there are worse characters though.

Cubert!!  G'uh!  (Sorry, couldn't resist.)  He's not exactly a main character, but he HAS been in two episodes.  Are you kidding?!?!?  The hippy guy was cool!  He's cool BECAUSE he got eaten!

I would of said Hermes if I hadn`t seen "How Hermes Requisitioned His Groove Back" and now I think he`s cool. I`ll have to go with Amy (that slut!) or Cubert (annoying brat!). But, I can tolerate them.

Qbert would be the obvious choice but if you're talking about a regular character I would have to go with Hermes.  The feud they're trying to develope between him and Zoidberg just doesn't make any sense.  They should explain what started it or just drop it.

 while the rebellion agaibst cubert is still warming up, i would have to say that at the moment there would be no best main character! There have been a few good jokes from supporting characters, like Zapp and Zoidberg, the Hippy and Kif, but i think there is still alot more to come. You wouldn't think that Smithers was a main supporting part  of the simpsons in the season II of the show. there is a lot more to come. butin the mean time - KILL CUBERT! and RIDE THE WALRUS and LIVE IN THE YELLOW SUBMARINE!

For me it's a tough choice between Amy and Hermes. I like him filling out requisitions and her talking Chinese ... but they're both pretty boring (friendlier: undeveloped). The Zoidberg vs Hermes feud is the same lame subplot-problem as the Amy vs Leela "who-is-prettier-contest". It's nice to give every secondary character an own episode, but  one per season is enough right now.

Just to play with this conversation, in the Hermes vs. Dr. Zoidberg feud I side with Zoidberg. In the Amy vs Leela feud I side with Leela without second thought. *waits for replies*

I don't really care for Hermes, Amy or Cubert.  I liked Hermes a lot in the bureaucrat episode (forget the name), but a lot of the times it seems like he is just sticking out like a sore thumb.  Amy seems
too normal to be with the weird crowd, and she doesn't really add much.  Maybe if she had more of personality, other than being kinda dumb acting, she'd be better.  Cubert is an annoying little brat.

If we don't count Cubert as a main character, then I'll have to go with Amy.  She reminds me too much of Brittney Spears.  Ew.  I like Hermes; he has good lines, he had that awesome song, he's jamaican, and he beats up on Zoidberg.

I really don't like Cubert or MOM.  Granted they are minor characters.  When I first started watching Futurama I hated Zapp and Amy the most.  Since then I have grown to like them both and the show would not be the same without them.  Get rid of MOM and hire Morbo to run her company.

I don't like Amy (she's a BIG MORON), but I don't hate her.

I used to hate Mom, because I hated the episode 1ACV06 (it reminded me of the stupid Mr. Burns of the stupid Simpsons), but in 2ACV14 she was better (still a villian, but not just a Burns clone with the Y chromosome changed to X).

I don't have anything against Cubert (he is a pudgy know-it-all, but generally people who think they know everything at that age get an 'attitude adjustment' later and stop acting that way).

Wernstrom would be my pick. He's another character who thinks he's a genius, but unlike Cubert he's a 120+ year old man, so the attitude is highly unlikely to change.

I hate Mom too, I've always hated her, and her stereotypical sons, even though they were better in Mother's Day, than the first time around.
Now, I think Hermes was cool in How Hermes...
But I don't really like his wife.

Yeah, I didn't think they were funny the first time around, they were better in the second episode. I just think they're too stereosypical, like Mom, who here didn't know her true form when you first saw her?

Okay, I've changed my opinion.  Mom's the worst character.  I agree with Spice Weasel... they should have Morbo take over the company.  Ooo, that'd be good... imagine the advertising he'd come up with.  He, he... 

Her sons are cool!!  They're funny and they remind me of the 3 stooges.  I agree with Cherrn on that one; they were a lot better the second time around.

I hate Cubert, not because he's a know-it-all, but because he's an observe-none-of-it (to coin a phrase). I mean, he's standing beside the engines that the professor is talking about, and they're GOING TO DISTANT GALAXIES WITHIN HOURS AS HE WATCHES, and yet he still says that what's happening to him is impossible! ARGH!
Makes me wanna claw his eyes out.

Am I missing any?  I would have to go with either Cubert or Mom as the worst, but as for main characters (that is, characters who have been in more than 5 episodes) I'll have to say Amy.

Cubert reminds me of my brother.  That's why I hate him so much.

Guenter must be the worst character.
But when it comes to the more widely used characters, I have to go with Amy. She hardly says or does anything funny, she just stands there in the background.

Cubert, Mom, and Nibbler are the characters I hate the most, but Cubert is one of those "love to hate" characters, so I hope he sticks around.

I don't think there are really bad characters on the show. But naming a few it would be Gunter (a one-episode-character), Cubert (but he's got some potential) and my major character would be Amy as well.

But the only one who really sucks is Gunter.

I have to vote for (or is it against in this case) Qbert. Darn, that idiotic little smart-ass really got on my nerves withing a split of a second. More than a clone of Fransworth he seems to be like Wesley Crusher incarnate. And I really hated that chap, too. 

Questions remains: what's wrong with Amy? She's sorta cute, young, not too bright, rich, does almost everything one tells her to do, verrrry dedicated f<beep>er; sounds almost as the perfect girlfriend... for a week or so... <jng>
