Oh, and I must say, this is one of the best kept websites on a dead show around. I haven't really read any of the fanfics, but all the fan art is top notch. Regular updates, great art, good layout, reasonably fast... very, very good website.

it's a decent site, but generally everything on it can be see days earlier at either CGEF, TLZ, or here.

Just an update ... www.scanartcentral.net is having DNS problems at the moment. www.scanartcentral.com still works, and we will be back in the next couple of days as promised, just working out the fine details on what's left.

We're Back Online. New Look, Almost all new features are there, what's left should appear in the coming days as I haven't had the time recently to finish. Both www.scanartcentral.net and www.scanartcentral.com now work.

If you check the FFZ front page, it says not all the fics are up at this time, that will be sorted.

Having checked Fan Art -- FryFan (4) new
Artwork by Silvertide, Colouring by FryFan -- I guess you missed that!

I've seen the fanart, but they are under my name. I checked under S for Silvertide. They should be under Silvertide's, since he drew them. I just colored them, but I don't think he'll mind. TLZ has those fanart under his name. I guess it is only fair since we both worked on the artwork. So let's leave it at that. It is cool that people can post comments on each of the fanarts. All I can say is that expect more fanart from Silvertide and myself.

LOVE THE NEW LOOK

Also did you know I satirized your website in a fanfic? JX: Rise of the Jinx Revolution. I love your site so much that I wanted to have a honorable mention in my story in a certain way. Think Matt Groening's cameo on the Simpsons.

If Silvertide does mind, then by all means tell us and we'll move the art to his own section, but as you sent in the art, I guess that's how it got listed under your name.

Thanks for the comment on the site, a fair bit of time and trouble went into that and as the news says (sort of) .. we ain't done yet!

Silvertide doesn't mind, he's just happy to be creative with the drawings and his name is on the picture already as the artist and my name is also on it as the painter. Based on past experience your site has given mention to him about the drawings anyway. That is all he asks really and you've done that:

FryFan (4) new

He thanks you.

Great new layout Paul! It has so many new features thanks to PHP
Maybe the only complaint I have is the blue text of the updates... it confuses with the Links color, I think black text would be better or use bold text for the links (it's just a suggestion )

The following is from part 3 of JX: Rise of the Jinx Revolution.

Fry: Oh my god, I can’t believe it a website dedicated to best TV show of all time. This is one where I’ve submitted my drawings of the Simpsons.

Leela: You do drawings and send them to this website?

Fry: Yeah, my screenname is Bartman.

Leela: Which drawings are yours?

Fry: Actually, they haven’t uploaded any of my drawings to this day.

Sarah Michelle Gellar’s Head: Hello, and welcome to Simpson’s Fan Art Museum. A website where fans with shattered dreams of being famous artists submit their artwork here in hopes others will enjoy it.

Fry: Buffy? Oh my God, you where one of TV’s best heroines. You and Xena.

Sarah: Thank you.

This is my homage to FSAC. I love what you guys do, keep it up.

The thing about homages Fryfan is that you can tell what site, person, etc that you're paying respects to. The fact is that the homage is completely unrecognizable. It doesn't even have the letters FSAC. Homages are different from parody as they are only mentions, like when a comic references Calvin & Hobbes through mention or use of the characters in some fashion. They usually give credit somewhere as well. For you, an author's note at the end suffices.

Other than that, thanks for the almost mention.

P.S. You may complain that it should be obvious, but almost all the sites accept fanart.

I love all of them.

I just uploaded the current SpyOrama. Do you want The Stepford Leela on there too?

You'll notice that every one of your stories is now up. Unfortunately, we can't turn the 'uncompleted' thing off as none of the authors have the ability to upload their stuff. So we'll have to live with it.

I've also started accepting crossovers. We still have standards. No bloody gore mainly ;) So I'll take your KoTH crossover Fryfan.

Don't you still have my Futurama/KOTH crossover? I submitted that story a long time ago. Yes, please submit any story I sent to FSAC.

And it is fryfan, not fryfam. Yes, I finally found a mistake Allen made.

(Feels happy proving that nobody's perfect) ;)

Please share your thoughts on the final chapter of JX: Rise of the Jinx Revolution.

That's kinda ruined by the fact I never claimed to be perfect, but you have your moment however small :)

I don't have the story because I deleted it, but I can obtain it.

Please do and also get Anthology of Bender. I couldn't believe you have JX: Rise of the Jinx Revolution, because I never sent it to you.

If you are going to get stories of mine that I don't send to you, I have no problem with that, but I'd like to be informed first. Also, as for the perfect remark, that comes from reviews of "get an editor", just thought it be funny to turn the tables for a change. ;)

I actually thought you already sent it and it got lost in the move. I didn't grab the others cause I know you didn't send those

In any case, contacting you is rather difficult without an e-mail address which I also lost ;)

Update: All your stories are up now as requested. Don't chew me out about the PlanetExpressmen description. Parody or not, it follows the movie rather closely so it's only fair warning ok?

That said, I've more work to do, but that can wait til tomorrow.:-D

I've received it. Many thanks. Now to see how mych work I have ahead. ;) *Looks at it. Breaks down and cries* Somehow it all got condensed into one large paragraph.

Everything from 15 on looks fine. Might need some tweaking. The ones before 15 are shot though.

Ah, that's because of how I did the first ones. If you open them in Wordpad instead of Notepad (or better yet, Editpad if you own it...) then it'll be fine. You'll just have to open them and then save over the old ones. It's something to do with the formatting of .txt files on the Windows 2000 version of Notepad we use in my class... but that method always seems to fix them. If it doesn't, I'll redo those first 14 and send them again. :)

P.S. Sorry about that.

Thanks for that Allen. I was actually online to see if it was up yet today and saw the chapters going up. While I was there I left 14 reviews for the first 14 chapters of Delicious Surprise myself, so that should be a good test right there :)

Edit: Oh, you may also want to set UoM's completion to 'Yes' as well, btw.

Edit again: Just another thing, the reviews don't seem to let you use any paragraphing. That may be intentional, I don't know... and although it's no biggie, it does make them harder to read when they're one big paragraph.

I think you have to use

for paragraphs in some areas and unfortunately it isn't possible to change the completion notice. To do that would require becoming much like FF.net where the authors add their own stories. In other words, we'd have to give everyone a password and it's just simpler this way.
