Great site and lovely layout. Incase you didn't know, there's a Scanartcentral for Futurama ones. It's been going for years, and has alot of scans. I hope you do well though, my friend.

You definately need more stuff, other than just scan art because nobody will come. It looks like you did the minimum amount before starting up the site, for example, every scan you have seems to be either in the background or a button or something like that.

The tutorial doesn't work.

The layout is fresh, but sort of plain, more dynamic buttons and logo would benefit you.

Also, link up with some other sites, and keep the scans coming, or nobody at all will come, since thats the only aspect of the site.

Yeah try thinking of some original stuff just to get people to come.  You've got a crossover site, so do something crossovery!

I updated the site today, with 7 new grabpics and a new PIC OF THE WEEK, which i'm sure all you futurama fans will like, i'm happy with it

I have room for "buttons" and I'd like to exchange buttons if anyone is interested.  I have to make a button for my site though, I havn't made one before.

Thanks, but I don't have a button. I tried making a button and it didn't come out too good. What do you use to make a button?

Also I updated the site this morning with the tutorial section up. Please give feedback, like if it's easy to read and if it's detailed enough.

Competition .. nah.   It's nice to see another site based along the same lines as FSAC but with the novelty twist of covering both the Simpsons and Futurama.  Good Luck, hope you manage to succeed along the same lines.

I'd be happy to trade buttons as well, once you get one developed, dimensions are 88 x 31, as you can use Photoshop 7, then that shouldn't be a problem.

Hey , thats a really kool button, just change the background colour or the text colour.

How did you make the pictures small so they turn out in good quality? When I minimized the images they turned out ugly looking.

what colors?  and try getting a program called irfanview (iview) it's very helpful for stuff like that.
I was gonna make the words red with yellow outlining (Futurama) but that looks even worse when I shrunk it....

To be perfectly honest, I didn't know about scan art central until a week or 2 my site was already on the net.
Also my site has the simpsons on it.

It doesn't look like a clone, things like the layout and the webmasters make 50% of a website, the rest is content. I like the layout, it's very different from Scan Art Central, however this is the problem with Scan Art sites, they're pretty samey, try and diversify and make your site unique.

Well if you're going to say his site is clone because he scans and stuff, you might as well say the same leelazone, practically all their stuff now is fanart, but they're still 2 different sites.  Besides a little competition is nice.
