I recently purchased the Season One set, but for some reason it will not work in my computer.  The FBI screens load, but then, when it gets to the menu screen, it just plays the sound.  I tried using WinDVD, Interactual, and Windows Media Player version 9, and got the same results each time.  As a test, I stuck the DVD into a friend's playstation 2, and they worked fine.  Any idea what could be causing my problem?

I apologize if this has been covered before, but I didn't see any threads with this particular problem in the archives.  Thanks!

Sorry, I can't help you, but you should probably mention what DVD region you're in.

I had a similar problem with PowerDVD, but patching it up to the latest version fixed that problem.  I used to happen with pretty much any DVD that I threw at it, on a random basis, so I don't know if it's related. Can you still get to the episodes by clicking on the right area of the menu?  I was able to do that, which at least let me watch the show.
