I guess that my complaint is with the folks at the store, who check their computer system and tell me that it should be in their store on a specific day - and then, it's not. I would think that they'd have a better system than that.

I got mine on Thursday (14th). I was in Kelowna so I went to Orachrd Park's EB right when the mall opened but they hadn't recieved the air shipment, and that's where the new releases come, so the girl that worked there said she would hold a cpy for me when it came in. I went back a few hours later and the girl said they had recieved one copy. I got it took it back to the hotel and started to play it, I was most of the way through the first level when my best friend called me (long-distance) on my cell to tell me about the black out on the east, so I pause the game and went to a regualr channel to watch the news, then my gradmother stepped on the controller cable and pulled my PS2 off the counter and it fell to the floor. After watching the news for a bit I turned the game on and finished the level, svaed the game and went to watch one of the extra features I had unlocked. A screen came up and said that something was wrong and it couldn't be played, so I restarted my PS2 and the game won't load. The PS2 worked fine with other games and DVD's so I looked at the Futurama disc and there I two huge gashes in the disc. I don't know if that happened when the PS2 fell, or it was like that. Anyway, I'm going to a mall tomorrow, now that I'm back home and exchanging it for a new one.

I have found that every criticism made in the various online reviews that I have read to be basically correct. That is: - In-game graphics range from adequate to poor; - There are occasional clipping problems; - Collision detection doesn't always work; and - Character controls are clunky and imprecise. At the same time, the cutscenes and the storyline for those cutscenes is brilliant! However, in order to unlock those cutscenes, you have to struggle with awkward controls in a game that is basically easy, which is made somewhat "difficult" only because it is so hard to control. So, it could be much, much better. However, I'm still glad that I purchased it, and I really want to play through to the end.
