I think that since there are so many more PC games released within a year than for any console, console fans more eagerly await a good title; i.e. Halo 2, SW: Knights of the Old Republic, Fable, etc. I think that PC gamers do tend to spend more time gaming, since there is less trouble over someone monopolizing a PC than what is probably the best TV in the house. Oh, back on topic, for Xbox. If it's any good. I'll at least rent it. It's really odd how console owners tend to sort themselves out; at my high school there are tons of Xbox owners, almost as many PS2s (to my knowledge), but only a smattering of GameCubes. This board seems to favor the PS2 GC crowd. Thanks to system link cables, we Xbox owners seek each other out hardcore. 16-player Halo, wooo!

EDIT: +21% of PC gamers. Well, the GameCube isn't exactly known for its wealth of FPS titles. They seem to prefer having more kid-friendly titles available, don't they? Now, I know that this is "cartoon" violence that we're talking about here, but there has to be some sort of a reason as to why this multi-platform (i.e., non-exclusive) title wasn't also ported to the GameCube. Also, aren't there a fair amount of games that are available on both the Xbox and on the PS2? (Certain LucasArts Star Wars titles immediately come to mind.) Maybe there are similarities between the two systems that make it easier to go from one to the other - Similarites that the GameCube doesn't share? Perhaps they're just going for the systems with the largest market shares.... As for the PC is concerned - Again, given that this is considered to be a "cartoon", perhaps that's why it went to platforms first. Consider The Simpsons games: - Road Rage on PS2, Xbox, GameCube and GBA, but no PC port; and - Hit and Run, to be out for PS2, Xbox and GameCube in September, but not coming in a PC version until November (according to EBGames.com). Maybe that's just the way that Fox handles their "cartoon" properties when it comes to gaming systems.
