Are you referring to the Crushinator figure seen in the Futurama offices? If so, a while back they confirmed that this was merely a fan-made custom figure and not a prototype. That's the only time I have ever seen a Crushinator figure unfortunately.

I believe they said it was by the same guy who made the Borax Kid custom figure.  Although I may be remembering incorrectly.
