he is a character though the Globe Trotter dude but i drew him pretty badly and with different clothes his name is Bubble Gum Tate

maybe if you draw them in more of a natural position  they would come out better, when does anyone stand like that?

but i don't know what color to make his skin
for example black is too dark and well i haven't tried brown anyways,
