My great pic.at http://www.morefuturama.com/fanart/popplerex.jpg

Here is great points why Futurama is better than the Simpsons:
1.It has got better plots
2.There will be more episodes of Futurama than Simpsons.
3. It's got a better name than The Simpsons
4.Better characters
5.It's cool
6.Because the Simpsons are older
7.It has better merchandise than The Simpsons do.

Well I'm out of ideas

The reason Futurama has better merchandise is because Matt Groening has some control over it now, unlike before with the Simpsons. I remember reading at least two articles where he mentions that he likes Simpsons T-Shirts, but isn't too proud of the asma inhailers (however you spell that). Just had to chime in, I'm on the Futurama side.
