I do record the TV programmes or movies I like to watch from time to time but I don't keep the items I record. After I finish I delete them and record other programmes.

On the other hand, Mr Mint does record the movies he wants and keeps them as part of our collection of DVD movies to save money as DVDs are expensive. I don't really like to do that, if I like something so much I would just buy them, the ones I record are the ones I like but not to the extent that I want to own them forever. I do think carefully whether something is worth buying. Not just for me but for my family too.

I just tape stuff I won't be home to watch.  I don't usually keep taped episodes unless it's something that won't come to DVD for a long time (like The Venture Brothers).  Like mint, I just keep taping over the stuff I've already watched.  The image quality gets pretty bad when you've used a tape for a long time, but I keep on reusing them.

True, that’s why we switched to a DVD recording machine! Not that there's no limit for it to reduce its quality after all the continuous recording, deleting but compare to tapes, it lasts much longer.

I raped Futurama until I got it on DVD. I had raped the whole series! I also rape the Simpsons, Family Guy, Arrested Devellpoement and American Dad weekly. I used to rape MXC also. I raped it until I had raped it all. Anyways: do I rape my favouite shows? Hell ya! I rape them hard!
