Ok, it just seems ironic that marge asks
'do you even understand what you just said'
I think it would have helped if dan did as well.

Thankyou leelalholic, appreciate it

Something occured to me about THOH XIV maybe the frink plot was more emotional because they wanted to test if he could make a whole episode.

I think they do a THOH where herman finds an arm
somewhere, takes it to dr nick to attach it, but the arm seems to overpower him somehow and start using him for its previous owners evil deeds

Yeah I know. They showed a bit where Moe tries to hang himself and they didn’t show that scene the first time it got aired.
I guess it was aired 2 hours later

That's kinda been done before in "Hell Toupee" in "THOH X," with Homer getting Snake's hair, and the hair empowers him to pull off Snake's evil deeds.

Funny. I was just thinking about THOH ideas.

I think there should be a parody of "Little Shop of Horrors" where Lisa makes a plant for science class and it begins to eat her classmates.

I also think a Terminator style would be good. "The Homernator"!

well mr burns put homers brain into a robot in the 2nd THOH so that might be a bit of repetition.

I just had an idea for another thoh segment
that has something to do with  'The mystery spot' we saw in homer at the bat

Nurdbot, he really was talking about THOH.  Plus, regardless, it isn't exactly fair to call someone an "idiot" for having a different opinion.  If someone calls Simpsons Safari the best episode ever, I may disagree strongly, but I atleast let them voice their opinion instead of being a dick.

SNPP hasn't updated the new episodes scheduling for a while, or even the upcoming episodes

They've only written details on about 14 episodes and about 4 were holdovers, they say
(FABF19 - Sleeping With the Enemy - Will not air until the start of season 16 )
there should be at least another 8 new episodes listed.
and there doesn't seem to be any sceduled in the U.K
either

That was in one of the THOH comics, but it would work as an episode. Also for some reason, it reminded me of "Nightmare Cafeteria" although it's kind of different. But the kids dwindling off one by one is the same.

You made your point. But I still dislike him, due to the fact he doesn't use full stops in his posts. SuperFry used full stops.

Yes I do just not as much as I should.
When its handwriting I never forget to put full stops as its a reflex. I just haven't got to to that stage with typing yet.
For some reason my reaction seems to be to press enter.
I'm sorry If I knew it annoyed people that much I would have made more of an effort.

As usual I'm too lazy to post my NHC review here, but its pretty long and detailed.  Anyways, to quickly recap what I said there, the subplot was too hokey but the main plot was very enjoyable and funny overall, and the animation was absolutely spectacular.
Grade: B

Also, its been pointed out in the General Futurama Discussion, but there's a sly Futurama reference hidden in this one....

That's largely down to Sky's idiotic policy of stretching a whole season to artifically cover the whole year (sound familiar?  ;)). We've already had two new episodes this month so we don't get anymore.

I was surprised about how much I liked "I, D'oh!bot". It actually showed Homer caring for Bart, which we don't see often anymore. It was funny, and it brought back up Homer's poor workmanship, which is always good. [ie: lighting the blowtorch the incorrect direction]. And also, I agree with John C on calling the new Snowball II like nothing happened was stupid. But I did like Lisa pointing that out about Skinner.

Freshly cut-and-pasted, my review of...

"I, (ANNOYED GRUNT) bot" (I am not calling it that)
"I, D'oh-bot"

This one surprised me. I wasn't expecting much, but this turned out really good. The "That's My Boy" song was also used in "Saturdays of Thunder", but I didn't mind because a great scene came from it. I liked how you could tell that Homer just wanted to make Bart happy and it went too far. The Lisa subplot was strange, but it worked well with the episode. I didn't really mind her renaming a new cat (and I LOVED her pointing it out to Skinner). The animation was fantastic which has been a problem this season (like in "Today, I Am A Clown" ). Also, it was great not to see any Scully-style Homer maulings. Add some great gags and you've got a class act episode.

Well there doesn't seem to be any episodes scheduled, I even went on fox's website to try and see what they said about next week, but they have some schedule they haven't updated, it just says the same thing for this week and next week,
Sky one doesn't say anything about the U.K airing,
SNPP doesn't know anything, execpt that next week's 'pre empted'

This is quite infurating Is no website updated anywhere? I mean the schedules must be confirmed somewhere at first they knew what was happening in the next few months, now they dont know whats happening next week!

I, Doh-bot

The best of season 15 so far. The cat's dying was one of the best parts of the show. The most halaious was when the first cat drowned in the fish tank. I was laughing really hard and my dad almost fell on the floor. And I liked the plot about Homer becoming a robot. I also liked the animation. It looks a little bit like Futurama animation. I also loved th beginning when Bart got a new bike and it broke when he was mooning the bullies.

Wha? No the last three episodes done in this style used fictional/biblical characters. "Magical History Tour" is the one that looks like it uses historical characters.

Most of the stories about him were embelished (or just plain made up), but Johnny Appleseed was indeed a real person.

As for Saint Joan of Arc, there's nothing fictional about her at all.  You can form your own opinion regarding whether or not she heard voices, and from whence the voices emanated; but the things that she did are well documented historical facts.

"When the Springfield library becomes low on books, Marge educates her children on some classic tales including the story of a very Bart-like Mozart."

Well, it looks like we'll be seeing Marge play a role more realistic to her character than writing a novel. Honestly, I like Marge, but there are only so many times she can become musclemom or get breast implants before her identity as a regular housewife is ruined.

No, John C, they didn't switch plots. This is a completely different story than "Diatribe of a Mad Housewife".

Also, I just realized that "I, D'oh-bot" has yet to be flamed.

I didn't think they did, but seeing as "Magical History Tour" was being talked about for the last six posts, it didn't occur to me that I should mention which episode I was talking about.   :p
