They don't think it makes the movie better, they just see they can make the movie more expensive...

Not all cinemas show it in 2D, and if they do maybe for 2 days or 3... so no, I don't have the option, even less so considering very very movies are shown undubbed where I live, maybe 1 every other month...

Why'd they wait 24 years for a sequel? Why couldn't they have waited 204 years?
Tell it I hate it.
I was just thinking of that comic today, km.

Hopefully the part about the live action TV show is right even if the rest of it thankfully isn't. I thought the TV idea had died out since it was supposed to air almost two years ago.

Bump: Apparently the new Batman film is called The Dark Knight Rises. Weird. I was actually hoping they would go with the nickname theme and call it The Caped Crusader, but whatever.

I like the new title, very Frank Miller-ish, also (k)night and rise is some word trickery. Glad they're not doing the Riddler, while a smartypants in the comics/old TV show, he doesn't feel right in the Nolanverse Batman to me. Also, The Hobbit was in danger of being filmed somewhere other than NZ but not anymore, yay! http://www.slashfilm.com/2010/10/27/the-hobbit-remain-zealand/

Bump: Apparently the new Batman film is called The Dark Knight Rises.
Gay name. Okay, so it won't be the Riddler, it won't be Mr. Freeze. Ras-Al-Ghul, Falcone and Two-face are dead. They said they won't re-cast the Joker, and Scarecrow has been done and depicted in a manner that wouldn't allow him to be made a main villain... who do we have left? The Penguin: Probably unlikely on account of silliness. Bane: Superhuman traits rule him out of Nolan's interpretation. Catwoman: Kind of camp and exploitative, and the character was ruined too recently by that awful Halle Berry version. Deadshot: Could be cool on-screen. Hugo Strange: Fairly unremarkable and similar to Scarecrow. Hush: Could be good - he's only a recent entrant into the rogue's gallery, but certainly a stand-out. Killer Croc: Haha! Poison Ivy: Unlikely...
