I caught the first seven and a half minutes -

Is it okay if my review is just a series of non-words?

Um. Ah. Err. Humpfh. Snorch. Gonk.

Your non-words apply to the other 13 minutes of show.  Though, maybe with more Gonk.

It's already being predicted that The Cleveland Show is going to be a big hit.  I don't care to see it.

As for King of the Hill, the creator Mike Judge made a new cartoon on ABC called, "The Goode Family".

I watched about the first 13 mins of The Cleveland Show then I couldn't take anymore. When the bear started to talk I turned it off.

I saw The Goode Family it was "meh".

Just saw the first episode.  It was only really funny, when the Family Guy regulars were at the beginning.  The cutway jokes weren't as good when they were set up by the new characters.  The new supporting characters, the bear, and racist and the little guy aren't that interesting and really aren't that good as Peter's friends.  There were funny moments, but nothing really as funny as what Family Guy does.  I hope this show does better next episode.

that was so bad I think it gave me cancer....... When he left Quahog the show was just terrible. My whole problem with this show is why Cleveland!? Who cares about Cleveland, the only times he's funny is when he falls in his tub.  He's not a big enough character to get his own show, he's not funny enough to get his own show.  Macfarlane has to realize that he has too much power and kill off the cleveland show, because the quality of family guy (little that there is) and american dad will decline drastically. The same thing happened with The Simpsons when Futurama came around.

It was like watching Family Guy, but with black people; just awful.

Also, when did Cleveland Junior turn into Fat Albert?

Also, when did Cleveland Junior turn into Fat Albert?

at the precise moment that Macfarlane realised that Cleveland Junior wasn't stereotypical enough the way he was.

I thought the pilot was actually pretty good when you compare it to the dreck that Family Guy has become. The trouble is that, like others have been saying, Cleveland just isn't that exciting a character.  It's not going to take long before The Cleveland Show becomes boring and stale.  Fox wants it to survive though, so it will.

I'd rather watch new Simpsons episodes than the Cleveland Show.  Given how much I think the quality of The Simpsons has fallen, that's really saying something...

I saw the pilot, laughed a few times, then really thought about it. Can Seth MacFarlane make one original show? It is almost a copy of Family Guy: a husband, wife, teenage daughter, fat middle son, mischeivous little kid, dog (not talking, but whatever). The bar scenes are similar as well. Tim=Peter, Lester=Quagmire, Holt=Joe. They even all have similar body designs to their equals. Out of all three of Seth's shows, American Dad is the least similar. I just think he could have done more with the Cleveland Show to make it different.

Watched it, did not like it at all.   Didn't laugh once.   At least we have Futurama's return to look forward to.  I'm sticking with American Dad.

It's too bad that Seth's third show is a Family Guy spinoff because American Dad is so good...

I really hope this show is some kind of horrible joke because otherwise I really don't see the point in it. Even as a joke it's pretty useless..

I assume the fox execs kept prodding seth with questions on the possibility of a family guy spin-off, and eventually he sent them this as a joke. The executives did not get the joke, and gave it a green light instead. Which makes it a joke on everybody.

I don't think it has much potential though. I don't think they'll get as many stories out of it.

what a great idea for a show. i hope other shows give their least interesting characters spinoffs. nothing's better than watching a show focused on a guy i don't give a rat's ass about and used to be surrounded by funnier and more memorable characters.

Seth's just money hungry. How can ANYONE juggle three shows, and make them good? Apparently Seth can't. And look at Matt. The Simpson's has been waning HARD since Season 16.
