Does anyone here like the short-lived Clerks cartoon? At the time I thought it was going to be the next big animated show but ABC were never really behind it 100% and they killed it before it had a chance  :(

The DVD (Clerks: Uncensored) sold well though and following this summer's release of...

... they will be releasing a new DTV animated movie called Clerks: Sell Out (sheduled for 2007/2008 I think).

I actually bought the series a few weeks ago for only $7 and watched all 6 episodes in a row, I forgot how funny it was "This can't be, bear is driving car"

I think the series was good, and the BEAR IS DRIVING bit still cracks me up.  It's a shame the show only had six episodes produced.

Got the animated series a couple of months ago, along with a few other Kevin Smith endeavors.

"Is it safe?"

I think Smith also plans to make an animated Clerks feature film

Really, tyraniak? An animated movie? That's the first I've heard of it. You know, other than the very first post in the thread.

I liked the short-lived Clerks animated series.  However, I prefer the movies.  Oh, and did anyone see Clerks 2 yet?

I disliked the aired episodes when I saw them on TV, but the others are far better. It is a shame it went no farther.

It was awesome!  I loved it, too!  It's better than Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back and Jersey Girl.  As for the cartoon, it's a shame it didn't last.  It should have.
