Which TV show is better?

I think the older Simpson's episode are tops. You can't disagree just because of the newer stuff.

Here's my order from best to worst:

1. Futurama
2. American Dad
3. Somethin (whatever this was)
4. Family Guy
5. Simpsons

The worst part of this is that the choices are so limited...there's so many shows on tv after all.  And on top of that, even if this was just supposed to be animated shows, there are plenty more than four choices out there (and plenty more that are far better than "Americad Dad" in particular).

That said, Futurama and The Simpsons are the good options here.  Which one comes out ahead kinda depends on what eras you're talking about, though I think The Simpsons wins just for the first eight seasons basically being the best show of all time (IMO).  Talking about current animated shows, though (Futurama thus obviously being excluded) The Boondocks is far better than any of these, and South Park is generally better too.  And the very best tv show on right now is The Daily Show.
