I thought the American road trip was much better and last night's show was pretty absurd even for TG standards (made worse by the fact that Long Way Down was on immediately afterwards). Hammond naming his car "Oliver" was pretty funny. I was surprised at how much he panicked when he started to sink given that he did that "how to escape from a sinking car" gig a few years ago. Still, back to the studio next week.

@Smitty - the pool the car was sunk in didn't have crocodiles or alligators or whatever was likely in that river!

Also the Bugatti on that mucky transit pick up cracked me up See, I've done the "parking in London" call, and yeah, it took me about 10 minutes. Loved the self-parking Lexus. Originally posted by Javier Lopez: 800.000 pounds is the same as the Veyron..
now.. the Reventon cost the same, but , has it 1.000hp? has it hardware designed to not only handle 1.000hp, but handle it for 20 years? It has the suspension of the Veyron... does it +240mph? No...
Its fantastic but i would go to the Veyron Nitpicking slightly, but that Revention looked awesome. Anything that looks like a Stealth Fighter can't be all bad.

Agreed... if for aesthetics (or whatever is writen in english sorry) i would go for the Reventón its awesome, as Jeremy says is how Lambos should look .. like the old Countach , the problem is that the Reventon is naughty expensive and only 20 will be made... wich should not bother us because we will never even have the option to drive a Gallardo or a second hand Miura (maybe an Urraco like that James bought for that challenge ) Oh by the way, many Lambos are named after spaniard bulls as you know or spaniard bull-breeding houses as Feruchio Lamborgini was very fond on bullfighting (i should make clear at this point that me myself being a spaniard HATE and cant stand bullfighting.. if i could i would ban it forever right now ) so Reventón (wich means "burst out" / "blow out" ) maybe its a bull name same as Murcielago, Diablo, Urraco... Miura and Gallardo i think were bull-breeding houses and Countach surelly is unrelated to the issue.. Oh , i really love the Reventon dashboard in full LCD display and that car/plane modes.. but i have the impresion that i would became bored after some time.. i still prefeer the good old fashion gauges to any form of digital numbers, except maybe those LCD wich reproduces the old fashion gauges (like Mercedes , Honda Civic and some other ones) Oh whats with the pronunciation of "ReVenton" .. we would spell exactly the same "Reventon and ReBenton" i didnt notice that english spell diferently B and V

Tonights show was fantastic. The Vanquish Roadster looks great, sounds awesome, and the Caparo T1 was, well, just bizarre. It looks like a cross between an F1 car, and Thunderbird 3. Loved the race across London.

Yeah, that's the one. I won't spoil it for you, but it was the car The Stig took on the lap.

That was a really good and interesting race.. And is "sadly" true, i just worked on the very center of my town for 2 weeks (now i changed work) going in car was totally out of question as there is no place to park (unless you afford one parking lot wich can be hideously expensive) on foot you take 30m to go (and you have to go 4 times) and the bus takes same or more than on foot and costs 65c per travel (using a card).. Now i went on bike and i only needed 10 minutes to get to work -you ruined Top Gear -For me wining in a bike? -yeah -Wait..and you came second in a boat -Ok.. between us we ruined Top Gear Oh.. what said that girl that passed Hammond and told him something and he respondes "I CANT GO FASTER I HAVE BUNDY LEGS!!" ..? And next week Yes!! The Alfa 159 is coming!! finaly!
