No, we have cameras now. Because actual nude pictures are widely available, anyone who would choose a drawing of a fictional character naked, as opposed to a photograph of a real naked person, is, in my opinion, sad.

Well, yeah, I mean just look At Nurdy during his Schoolgirl panty-flash picture shows of "boobs guns and Cosplay."  You're average loonatic sad anime fan(present company excluded) is not gonna snub the real thing.  It's not so much a prefrence just an option.

Then there's the whole erotic literature thing, the girl-porn romance novels, even nude photographyh (i.e. porn) is, when you think about it, just a sad substitute for the real thing. 

I'm going to stop this line of query now, because I'm starting to feel deeply saddend.  I close with my final point.

@purvbot: I said that that was just my opinion. Also, I seriously don't expect to get laid with those conversations. I said I was desperatly lonely for a girlfriend not a fuckbuddy. There will be an episode 20 special released in Japan in the Auturm

Bad news howerever. Petra Buchard will not be reprising her role as Ryoko.

Wooter: I'd go with my creed and take what you can get. I'd start being picky with girls/woman when you get to the age you start thinking about settling down with a long term relationship.

But then again, my general advice sucks. Now you can see why I'm bitter and desperate.

Wu: I hope they update the animation techniques, I hate it when they use still shots and stuff like that. That's what made GXP so sucky.

Well I have seen the first 4 episodes of the new OVA adn the animation is very good from what I have seen. I am still looking for the last 2 episodes.

I believe that most of the orginal cast will return and considering Funimation will be dubbing it it is likely they will use Mona Marshall who played her in GXP.

Personally I liked Mona's turn as Ryoko. I know Petra Buchard defined Ryoko in the dub but she always sounded alittle to old for Ryoko (I know Ryoko 5000 years old but she has the body of an 18 year old) and Ms Marshall seemed to have a voice closer to what I imagined.

Well just have to wait til July to find out.

The only thing I really know Mona Marshall from is Wolf's Rain.  (She voiced Toboe.)  I don't know how she'll do as Ryoko's voice, but they've made changes to the Tenchi cast before.  I'll probably get used to it.

It would be great if they got Ellen Gerstell back as Mihoshi.  As much as I usually like Rebecca Forstadt, I don't think that she ever really managed get Mihoshi's voice quite right.
