*Points to the spot where his nose used to be* I want Batista to get the title, it would be a welcomed change. R.I.P. Michael Lockwood, My Second Favorite Hardcore Champion. Mick Foley being the first.

Not trying to take away from what you said about the beatles, but the nWo was part of a storyline, the Montreal screwjob was not. Now as I said, I still like HBK, but he obviously isn't sorry, the fans aren't stupid. He could have refused to go along with Vince's plan, and if Vince fired him over it, HBK could have sued the pants off him over breach of contract. HBK wanted the title, and he screwed over another popular wrestler that he had a personal vendetta against to get it, and from what I have heard about HBK, that's not something he'd be sorry for. It's as simple as that. The WWE doesn't forgive wrestlers who screw them over(IE: Jeff Jarrett), so why should Canadian fans forgive one who screwed over a national hero? Vince should have just been hard nosed with Hart, and said "Drop the title to Shawn, or leave." If he left, sure it would have looked bad for one night on the PPV, but in the end WWE and HBK would have been the ones to save face, and Bret would look the asshole.

*tiny bump* Watched the Royal Rumble tonight, and I have to say I am impressed. The whole event was put together well and the matches were almost all worthwhile. The Rumble itself kept me on the edge of my seat, and I can't argue with the outcome. Overall, I give it a 89/100Can't wait til Mania.

Kurt wasnt the 30th guy, Flair was. But HBK did eliminate Angle, which caused a royal ass kicking that fell upon HBK that will set up for a match between the two at WM XXI.
The winner of the Rumble was Batista. It came down to Cena and Batista but they fell out at the same time ending the match in a draw. McMahon then came out and ordered the continue the match. Then Batista made short work out of Cena and threw him over.

I think Taker and Kane will definitely team up against those two mongoloids at Mania. And it will be hilarious how they will kick the living shit out of em.
