I was watching the re-run and there was this scene that sends strange pictures to my brain.  Anyway, at the part where Fry rewards Leela with "moderately-priced, domestic, non-vintage" champagne and she's trying to tell him that she's not interested in him, she says, "You're a man and I'm a woman.  We're just too different."  Well, I know it doesn't mean what I'm suggesting, but I can't help getting these weird ideas whenever I think about it.  It's like reading Marcus's fic all-over again.  But you know, maybe I'm the only one who has these strange thoughts(and I'm fairly sure I am).    Anyway, please reassure me of my fading sanity.

Your not the only one with these thoughts, I have Leela/Amy thoughts all the time.
There is a lot of sexual tension between Amy and Leela, remember when Leela was jelious when Fry was having snu snu with Amy cos she wanted to be the one having snu snu with Amy.
If you want any more proof just look at futurama feedbags site.

::Theta clutches her stomach and covers her mouth::  I never thought I would evoke such things in people.  Why, oh why, did I post this topic?  I was and always will be a monterously heterosexual woman, especially after this thread.  There is no way anyone will ever make me think differently.

Hey, I resent some of these comments! Sick bags...nightmares... I didn't write anything...like...that...well ...no, no, pretty sure I didn't. And what's with the eyebrows, Kryten? Are you in some way implying that it was written with public...titillation in mind?

Anyway, it's nothing compared to futuramafeedbag's site. OK, not the greatest defense in the world, but still valid.

I hope.

Marcus, author of Love, Lust, and Leela.

Fine, the name DOES sort of hint that...oh, the hell with it. Go read the damn thing and make up your own mind. It's at LiC.

I'm posting a reply to this, 'cos I think a great injustice has been done to Marcus's fic.  Sure, you need to be open-minded to read it, but if you do, you'll realise that it's very well written and hard to stop reading.  So I say, if you haven't read it, to march yourself over to LiC and give it a whirl.  It's really not bad, as some people say it is.  In fact, if I were to rate it, I'd give it an excellent.  Thank you and good afternoon.  :)

It's just the way that you put it that made me gag.  Marcus's fic didn't send me that disgusting of a mental picture.  Plus, at the end, everything was worked out and back to normal.

Thanks for the welcome, futurefreak!

Just to clear any concerns up, I'm not really all that worried about that thing I wrote - I'll live!

That said, I hope folk liked it, for whatever reason - and read it for whatever reason you like... But it wasn't exactly explicit, was it? I wouldn't want anyone who hasn't read it - 90%... - to get the wrong idea is all.

Marcus.

OMG!  OMG!  OMG!  Another MSTie!  I think I might be recovering after that shock that my VCR hadn't recorded "Boggy Creek 2".  Hmmm...was it worth going to Maui if it meant I'd miss my favorite episode?
Oh, and so my post doesn't get deleted for being off-topic, I...um, think that I must be crazy for having these weird thoughts.  Yeah, that's it!  :D
