Well they're both one-joke characters and should be used sparsely or they'll become tiresome.

For the sake of this poll, I'll say Sal could be used more than Scruffy. He's perfect for those blue-collar jobs, and he's shown is more than just lazy.

It was satisfying to see Leela go impulsive on the entire PE staff, no matter who. That was just so cute.  I'm really looking forward to the audio commentaries for AOI I. Those are gonna be cool.
