Amy: Those two could not keep their hands off each other, and when Hermes said "Maybe Fry is a fantastic lover" Amy said, "nope" but her delivery of the nope was very.... ambiguous to say the least, like she was lying, trying not to hurt his feelings... who knows.

Why would she be lying if she was trying not to hurt his feelings? How would it hurt his feelings if she agreed that he was a fantastic lover? I'm afraid you've lost me.
Her delivery makes it sound like she was trying not to hurt his feelings because it was true. If anything, this just shows that Amy's relationship with Fry wasn't about sex. She genuinely enjoyed his company, and apparently didn't mind that he wasn't a fantastic lover.
