Hi Ulterius, and welcome to PEEL. We already have a thread for the opinions of the best character, and as such, this will likely be removed or merged with the existing thread.

If you plan on sticking around on PEEL, you might find The Manual to be a useful read. :)

Ya' know, my fave "secondary" character is Mom.  Tress pours so much of her heart into the character that I imagine that's what she's like in real life when she lets her hair down :)  In fact, I rank Mom over some of the principal characters.

I agree about liking Mom. She's a very well developed and interesting character and Tress really goes all out in her performance. In terms of secondary characters though, I think I would choose Michelle because she's such an awful person and I love it. I don't actually love awful people, but they serve as interesting characters. I find her character to be fascinating.

Definitely agree on Michelle being a great character.  Because she's done so well she sometimes sets my teeth on edge watching her and I want to scream in frustration :) :)

Also, did you change your avatar?

I did indeed! It was Nibbler and now it's Leela, as you can see.  :p

Speaking of boat eggs (or rather, that episode), Bubblegum Tate is a character that's grown on me over the years. The absurdity of this funky crew of basketball players being scientists comparable to Farnsworth is amazing.

Hello lawsuit.

Wash Bucket has always loved you. In another city, she can be anything she wants.

As for my favorite, as it was ten years ago, so it is now. Zapp Brannigan may be a chauvinistic idiot, but he by far has the best one-liners out of anyone in the series. Plus the writers managed to take a bunch of character traits that would have made him a supervillain in any other universe and spin them into comic relief. I'd pay for a spinoff starring him and Kif.

I agree, the writers clearly put a lot of work into Zapp Brannigan. I've always found him to be a fun character to watch.
