Bitter Teacher?

Reading an art-thread I saw following picture, posted by FemJesse:

To my knowledge, that person is a teacher called Ms. Bitter and from the series Invader Zim. I don't know either that series, nor the teacher, but Google and FemJesse said so.

A well known teacher from Fry's dream in "A Fishfull of Dollars". She also appears in the "Alien, Overlord, etc... " shop, in the same episode, for a moment.

For the case that someone else mentioned this already, long time ago, some Mod may close this thread.

It's an interesting connection, but I'm sorry to say that Ms. Bitters and the teacher in Fry's dream don't act much alike, and they don't exactly look like twins, IMO.

Old women with glasses and their hair in buns are just teacher stereotypes, I think.

Still, it's kinda weird how the teacher in the dream looks like a Groening-style version of Ms. Bitters...

Hmm, ye sthey do look alike, though I doubt the Futurama team tried to simulate it. I think the look represents what people think of teachers, nasty, old, female, glasses, etc...

Especially since I think Invader Zim aired way after this Futurama episode. This was a season 1 ep.

They do look very similar but i would just say that's the basic image of a teacher lector, who is old,

Hmm, kind of reminds me of me lecture at college who does not give us any breaks until are eye start going red.

and she did not see me looking at peel,hehe
