Someone screwed up

In the Why of Fry when Fry and the Nibblonians are heading to the infosphere, the nibblonian at the top councel is talking in Nibbler's voice but after he says the brains will soon know everything he starts talking in the other male nibblonian's voice, and if you don't believe check out where Fry is when the scene starts and when the other male nibblonian starts talking, he never moved until they gave him the scooty puff junior.
