Alien Language 2

So why is Futurama Outlet the only place where people discuss AL2?

I mean sure, those people do a good job coming up with accumulating ciphers and stuff like that, but I'm sure the people on this messageboard could come up with explanations that are much more fun (if not as likely to be accurate).

there isnt too much about it yet, those are the images with AL2 on it as far as i know:

      

      

according to the outlet, the other side of the poles says yummy and tummy in AL1 ( i will believe them on that one 

so, we have the patterns

chat room door, first row:
A B C D E F G G H I E B
chat room door, second row:
word 1: J K K J word 2: L M N O

first Pole:
E J P B Q  yummy
second Pole:
R S B T L  tummy

and now lets think and hope its a 1 to 1 mapping to our letters   

i guess the second row on the chat room door says PEEP SHOW, so (pattern in uppercase)
K->e M->h N->o J->p L->s O->w
which would make E->a|i|u cause only s and vowels can prefix p and s, e and o are taken

so:

p e e p - s h o w

E p P B Q  yummy
second Pole:
R S B T s  tummy

with E= i, u or a

i know of no 5 letter word starting with ip,
so i would go with E being u or a

if its not peepshow ... then i will have to think again

well, im back ...

looks like the first line on the door is ...

a name ..

i checked 40.000 english 12 letter words (including hyphons), and not one matched the pattern...

so, either a name or its not a 1:1 mapping

here is what i found for the XYYX pattern including abbriviations:

It's been solved. The words say:

CODEBREAKERS CHAT ROOM
YUMMY
TUMMY

The "Earth Stood Stupid" columns were a Rosetta Stone after all. It's an accumulating cipher: add the value of the previous ciphertext symbol to the value of the current letter [a=0, b=1, ..., z=25] to get the value of the current symbol.
