Everyone on this list (except for one ) is an excellent poster. But almost everyone’s an old hand who’s been around the block a time or two. I’m giving this one to zapp because he joined us in these waning days of PEEL and immediately became part of this weird little community without missing a beat. The man’s a born PEELer!

What the hell am I doing on the list?

I'm giving my vote to Gorky. Zappdingbat is somebody I haven't met, so automatically, he was at a disadvantage here as was UrL. Tachyon is somebody I have met, but ultimately I'm going to have to say Tachyon puts up with way too much shit from me so I can't really trust his judgement.

Gorky therefore clearly has a more sensible pair of shoulders under her head (and has maybe made me smile a little more in recent times).

So I went with the best one on the list: Gorky.

As Gorky said, everyone (except one..) is excellent; knowledgeable and, more importantly, not boring. I don't like choosing only one, but, since them's the breaks: Tachy, because he's shown a great deal of care in how other people are doing, and how the community is doing.

Yeah, there's no scalar way to choose the "best", here. But looking at who's the best all-around Peeler, Gorky does stand out.

Gotta go with Gorky. Her posts are always entertaining and insightful; not just for 2023, but all throughout PEEL history.

Zapp, tnuc and Tachy are all fucking awesome, and being listed among them is a huge honour!

I 100% agree with this. I am a fan of each of these PEELers, but I think it's good to give rewards to newer members who actually get into the community and share worthwhile posts. So, zappdingbat it is.

I voted for Tachy because I don't know if I've seen anyone express as much love and appreciation for the community that's sprung up from this forum as much as him.

The best PEELer has been determined by scientific and rigorous study.

They've been poked, prodded, weighed, and measured. And we'll reveal who it is once we've cooked a small portion and conducted the taste test.

In the meantime, talk amongst yourselves about what the best PEELer probably tastes like.

The question is less about how they might taste, but how they should taste.  What truly is the taste of PEEL?  Blue?

The best PEELer having been revealed to be Gorky, the flavor of the best PEELer is probably something like an old book. One of those old books you buy at a thrift store, loved by generations and with pages that have soaked up hints of everything from nicotine to tears to the faint scent of arousal.

Mmmm. Filthy paper.
