Though the over-reliance on the WRONG .gif does occasionally lesson his arguments, tnuk is definitely the most passionate debator. Also, sometimes, the scariest. But damn if he doesn't make some really articulate posts arguing for and against stuff I just don't care about.

Yep, tnuk for this one. He makes charts and stuff. Also, he's posted some absurdly long posts but manages to stay interesting throughout them, which is always fun to read.

"Best" is an objective meaning defined by the audience it is used to project its implications on. In this instance, to some "best" may refer to who debates the most, while to others "best" may refer to who actually makes the most logically sound arguments, even though they are not the ones who often engaged in these types of activites. Based on these parameters it is entirely reasonable that poster cyber_turnip would propose such a query, for one must understand the question in its context before it can be properly answered.

Definitely totalnerduk. Others may try to give him a run for his money, but he usually runs them over, followed by reversing back over their corpse just to ensure that the point sticks...

Please note that refusal to respect the belief of others without subscribing to them is not a good thing. This isn't an "award" in my mind so much as acknowledgment of perverse persistence in a discussion to which the answer can be neither proven nor disproven.

It's Massive Debtor's prison for the winner!

All of the candidates are merited choices, but I voted for TNUK, because he also leapt to my mind first and foremost. He must be in the prime of life to have so much energy.
