Honestly, winna isn't as off-topic as he might seem. He's posted a lot of really long, interesting observations about religion and politics and other issues in the appropriate threads. Yes, he's responsible for plenty of non-sequiturs--but I don't know how often he flat-out derails a thread with a post that's completely off-topic.

That having been said, I think Nibblonian Leader has a knack for taking a conversation about any topic you might imagine and turning it into a conversation about, like, his post count. (This is not a bad thing, mind you, because that boy's got a pretty quick wit; a lot of his posts are really entertaining. They also just so happen to be really self-involved.)

It's subjective to nominations - someone could be on ALL the opposing polls if the masses cried for it. Best Poster vs. Most Annoying (if we had one) could have duplicates, etc. etc. So on and so forth... you get the picture.
