I considered naming our daughter Leela but Dan refused.
My new parakeet is named Leela. Thankfully she's not a bitch like Leela...or like my last female parakeet.

This raises a valid point. spira has made two adorable Christmas Leelas, one of which FHM is using.

"Misunderstood" makes her sound like an emo teenager. "Misinterpreted" comes closer to the mark but still isn't quite right.
