Funniest PEELer  -  Already listed as "likely". Nice job reading the list, genius.
PILF  -  "Prettiest PEELer" is listed too. Try the R-Rated PEELies for that one.
Best wiki page  -  Since a page is not a PEELer, it can't win. Wiki editors though....
Biggest spammer  -  Why would you want to reward negative behaviour? Why?

Most Mysterious PEELer - perhaps a well known PEELer who we have not seen a photo of, or who just alludes the scent of mysterioso in their posts. - oh snap, I didn't remember this one from the list. Kindly ignore, thanks.

Biggest whiner (negative award, just throwing it out there but I don't know if nominated parties would take offense to it). I may have slipped this in there because I whine a lot

Most Worldly - as in, they know a lot of things about current events, the news, and the world in general. This could be synonymous with Smartest PEELer, except that category is a bit vague, which is why I divided it into Most Worldly and Most Sciency (names are tentative).

Best glasses - this one just seems fun and there could be a lot of contenders!

Future Network President - this PEELer knows a lot about different tv shows, and has great taste in the shows they watch.

Most sciency - self explanatory.

The IT guy - this PEELer is PEEL's technical support and they know a terabyte of knowledge on computers/technology.

Most social - this PEELer visits many or all forums of the board and can engage in conversation in offtopic and ontopic. They are PEEL's social butterfly.

I request this post not be edited (except by me, just now) for it confuses dear old futurefreak. Please instead reply to my suggestions, quoting them if necessary. Or you know, use the thread as was intended and just take them as suggestions, thanks mucho! love futurefreak Sure thing.

What about an award for in person stuff? I don't know what we would call it but something for PEEL meets or something. Also cutest/most adorable PEELer.

I had other suggestions but I've forgotten most of them after I actuslly told them to tnuk.... He supposedly wrote them down. Tnuk where are all my ideas?

I like the best glasses one.

Most inconsistent PEELer it's politics, baby, and we you need to maintain the popular position!  Could always be rivalled by its honourable category, Most consistent PEELer.  Stay the course.

There's a Prettiest PEELer award, yet none for Handsomest? Boo! Mail gaze. If you don't agree that there's a demand for it, maybe merge them into a single category for Comeliest?

Ideas:

Most Congenial - Helpful and friendly. The PEELer who's always ready with a kind word and some good advice. Wasn't there a similar award to this in previous years?

Worst Hat - Throw it out, TNUK!

Best PEELer-themed Cocktail - There are only a few on the wiki, but I remember more from the Mixology/tell-your-tipple thread.

Lifetime Achievement Award - for a PEELer who has been particularly invaluable to PEEL over their entire uncareer, but not necessarily this year. *copy+paste* Wasn't there a similar award to this in previous years?

Most Improved Odour - Self-explanatory. This category can be easily merged with the Lifetime Achievement Award.

Since there have been no category nominations for quite some time, and user nominations are already underway, I think I can safely close the category nominations without upsetting anybody. We now have all the voting awards listed, and we've already decided on a list of other awards, so... I declare the categories finalised.*

*Subject to change should anybody come up with a really awesome idea between now and the awards ceremony. PM me if this is the case.
